I didn't want to give any stars but it made me give at least one...I cannot believe the experience I had today, Thursday, October 19th at 5pm. The store was empty and after working all day I thought yes, I'll get in and out. Well, that didn't happen. The little girl working was sitting there doing her make up and asked me to wait until she glued on her eyelashes!! I thought ok, I'll be nice, how long could it possibly take? Well, as I looked around, she informed me that all the prices were incorrect as they hadn't been changed in some time. I continued to wait. After 10 mins, I couldn't wait any longer. She obviously doesn't take her job seriously and I can't believe someone is giving her a paycheck to do NOTHING but primp. I'm so disgusted. I'ma very unhappy customer. I'm now at the east point location buying a new phone. Hopefully this experience will be better.

Say one thing do another just to get your business. I visited this store three times in one week. Quoted different perks for the same product. I transferred my service from another carrier. Complete nightmare

Double charged me $176.58 ($350+)then refunded me $0.00 then they had an issue cause I’m upset that $350+ dollars is missing from my bank account…. Issue still isn’t resolved

It is a horrible place to buy a phone because this boost mobile has a Third Party that boost mobile works with that is a fraudulent company for leasing phones called "Smartpay LLC". The boost mobile representatives will use fraud to sell you a phone in their store that is not from boost mobile and will seduce you into buying it to say "It's cheaper" for your "budget" just for you to sign a lease with the 3rd party called "Smartpay" and not tell you anything about the fraudulent company that they work with and then violate the code of keeping your info private and give away your bank account and bank card number to a scam company with NO AUTHORIZATION from YOU that will steal all of your money 3 times a week and not once a month from your bank automatically change their names multiple times and owe you $300. Block them from your bank and sue themDon't sign any leases. Boost gets paid to not tell you about it.

Trey at Boost was great. Told the manager at the store how good he was to us. So my wife and myself were going to change our service until we stopped in at Boost and talking to Trey. Now my wife and myself will be with Boost for life. Thank you Trey at Boost.

Worst boost mobile experience I have ever had. Stopped in to active a phone with my husband. The associate seemed as if she did not want to be at work and had an attitude while we were asking her questions. Stared at the computer screen the entire time we needed help. Not sure what happened in her day to be so angry at people at 10:45 am.. but We did not deserve that kind of energy. Typed some things in and let us know we can pay her to do it or call customer service for free. When asking her for help with the steps to call customer service the associate got extremely frustrated. Don’t know her name but medium height, young Caucasian woman, brunette with a patch in the front of her head. Ended up going to boost in East point mall and received amazing service and paid LESS than the associate here was trying to charge us for. Makes no sense how we saved half the price at Eastpoint for the exact same thing. Money was never the issue, her customer service was. I will never return to this Boost or give them the time of day. I hope this franchise owner sees this and makes a change. It’s ridiculous!

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. THIS STORE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SMARTPAY IS RIPPING PPL OFF. I FELT LIKE I WAS GETTING SCAMMED AND NO ONE AT THE STORE WOULD HELP ME. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS STORE. I was charged almost 70% more than what the phone was worth and No one could tell me why.
