The 2 guys who work in the shop are very knowledgeable, fair and informative. It's super refreshing to go to a shop and not feel jerked around.
The umbrella plant on the front desk is amazing as well!!!
They're in an amazing location that's super convenient for when you have to go to the MVA and plenty of stuff nearby if you need something to do while they are working on your car.
Parking is very limited so make sure to call ahead and set an appointment

They are Absolutely the worst shop I have ever done business with. All they do is try take your money and charge you for extra labor.
I brought a battery from here. Completely under a 30 month warranty. They wanted to charge me 61 dollars to tell me my battery was dead after two shops already told me this was the case.
This is not the first time they have tried to rip me off.

Lou's auto is the only shop I take my 2 vehicle to for work there honest and very helpful and friendly and gets the work done correctly and quickly overall the best .

Gonna tell me, "She knows what's wrong with my vehicle, but she's not gonna tell me what's wrong it until I bring it to her," scamming a$$ shop. I've spent hundreds of hours under this vehicle doing different kinds of work to it. If you feel like you know what's wrong it by me telling you a few things over the phone, but can't tell me over the phone before I have it towed in then you'll never touch me vehicle. It takes 2 seconds to say, "Oh, it could be this," and it'll take me 2 seconds to reply "oh I've done that already, or I haven't."

They aren't upfront about repairs. They think being nice counterbalances lying about the true cost and whats actually being done.

Took my car to be diagnosed for a loud noise in my engine was told they didn't hear it all I was told was that I had oil leaks which I already new here we are a week later my car is 5x louder with the same noise and is now in a diffrent shop. Waste of 100 dollars just a bad auto shop experience. Lisa was great though made me think they would find the problem and fix it for sure.
