I would like to give props to the gentleman and lady at this location. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and very detailed. As I sat while waiting for my phone to finishing transferring to the new one I observed the professionalism that everyone had. To sit in a location and be comfortable is top tier. Thank you guys for everything you are truly appreciated!!!

Total rip off scam artist. Do not go to this ghetto tmobile. They will tell you anything. Didnt even have my phone a month and they want me to pay a 100.00 deductable . Get real. No warranty. Bunch of clowns in this place...Stay away...

Beware of FRAUD!! The lady who signed me up, I believe was the manager at this location in essex, added more charges onto my plan without my consent. Someone went into my account at 11:41pm, yes almost midnight! On 10/11/23 and added scam shield too saying a store representative activated it then. Also, a young man working there stole my card information from me, instead of crediting my $64 for my partial payment arrangement, he credited it to my bank as a store purchase and never sent me a confirmation text. It cleared through my bank but tmobile says it was declined but yet they're saying there's no evidence I even tried to pay my bill. Make it make sense. Oh and they went into my account and changed my billing statements and won't allow my links to download for their proof on their end. I was asked for my banking transaction number, bank name, amount and date of charge from a customer service representative to start a missing payment investigation to which i never recieved a confirmation text anout like she said i would get in the next 48 hours afternour phone call, now being told by the ceo Robert, after asking if I could edit out information, that it's not enough and to send amount of money before and after transaction to prove it cleared and so i did, but then he said no I need to send an entire unaltered bank statement that has confidential information on it i was told to originally cross out. I will be getting names and filing a lawsuit.

Today, I called T Moblie as I was trying to help my brother add minutes to his phone, he was out of service. We tried everyway to add through his phone without success. I called T-Mobile @1101 Eastern Blvd in Essex, Md and had to privilege of speaking with Mark. I explained that my brother had a few mini strokes a few days ago and was a bit confused. I couldn't take him personally, but got him an Uber there. I asked Mark if he could help resolve adding the minutes in the store. Mark was so kind & compassionate & even helped make sure that everything was taken care of quickly. Mark, you are a professional, kind & compassionate man. Thank you for being who you are, it's a rarity. Best regards....

My husband and I tried switching over lines at a different T-Mobile store and it was a bad experience. We came here and met Ashley, who was extremely informative and helpful with fixing the mistakes! She was very patient, easy to talk to, and helped bring us to where we needed to be!We had to come back (again, not the fault of Ashley or even T-Mobile) and she yet again was very helpful! We also met Jake, who helped explain things to us and lended emotional support haha… I highly recommend this T-Mobile location, it was a great experience both times! We can’t wait to start our journey with T-Mobile! Huge huge thanks to Ashley!

I sat there for a half hour trying to get another phone. I'm disabled and can't stand there that long. The manager didn't even Acknowledge my presents which is really messed up when It's t mobiles fault my IMEI number was stolen. I've been with you over 25 years and now I can't trust your security of my phone. Its really sucks you only gave me $200 to get another phone plus you were supposed to give me $40 off my bill and you didn't.

Gotta watch these people. They get paid on commission so they are constantly looking to overcharge any customer they can. I’ve had issues twice here with a “promotional sale” that I was never given . I was charged full price. This store is the reason I had to switch to Verizon

Very poor customer care, I've been really patient with their mistakes in setting up my account however 5 hours of phone calls and in store visits later the issues are not resolved preventing me from managing my account from home and collecting a rebate.

They took one look at my boyfriend's clothes and his mother's wallet and tried their very best to convince us $120 a month is a good deal and was their "best offer"..... Verizon offers everything at half that. Go to Verizon.

Poor customer service. Tech said he isn’t paid to help customers out to do things on my phone. He said he doesn’t make money showing people how to use there phone! He makes money selling phones! I told him not to talk to customers like that! He said yes he can. Taking my business to another company.Now the owner responds by asking me to email him. So I did! No response.
