I have been here a few times now and never leave disappointed! I requested some 1.5in cuts and had them very quickly. Hands down the best steak I have ever had. Jim is awesome to deal, trustworthy, and very helpful. If you are looking for Angus or pork skip the supermarket and give Jim a call. You won’t be sorry.
