I scheduled for an oil change and the morning I was dropping off the car, the radiator sprung a major leak. AutoWerkes evaluated the issue and replaced the radiator the following day. That is, fitting in the repair immediately into their workload. I purchased the BMW 335i from them in 2016 and they continue to be my sole source repair shop. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, committed to maintaining the car, and I enjoy working with them.

I’ve been using Autowerks for my car needs for the past 20+ years. I’ve even purchased two cars from them. I can’t say enough about the quality service and customer support they have provided me. The owners and staff are fine professional people and costs for service and repairs are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best service AND sales in Harford County. If you have a European vehicle, this is the only place you need to go to for regular service, looking to purchase, or to trade in. Marcello and Sergio and their team are not only extremely professional, but are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to European vehicles. They've been my go- to store for the last 24 years and are conveniently located on Bel Air Rd right in Fallston. I highly recommend Autowerkes 👌

Brought my 2016 mercedes gle350 in numerous times(within 6 months) to have things fixed and preventative maintenance done. The 2nd before last time was to to have all 6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coils, and to have the upper camshaft covers resealed due to them slightly leaking. Car was throwing a p0301(misfire,cyl 1). 5000 miles later, the car is throwing a p0304(misfire, cyl 4). I dropped my car back off to have them tell me its a vacuum leak, in the intake manifold on cyl 4. I said 'you guys took the intake off, to do all the work 5000 miles ago', and they quickly responded that they had no need to remove the intake manifold to do that work. Quoted me another $660(the repair prior was $2500), i told them to park it, and ill come get it. I scheduled with another shop a week later, and what do you know...the intake manifold gaskets were shot. The shops owner said 'didnt you say that the other shop resealed the upper camshaft covers?', i replied yes, and the owner immediately said 'you have to remove the upper intake manifold to get the one side off...'. I responded that 'i know, which is the reason i didnt want to do the job myself, plus they charged me 5 hours labor to reseal the upper cam covers'. I could have removed all the components in the way, minus the upper intake, in 45 minutes. I know this because i already replaced the camshaft solenoids, and the thermostat prior to you guys ever touching the car. I thought these guys were honest, and everytime i mentioned something to mike, the service manager, the response was always condescending as if i dont know what i was talking about. Mike, i know more than you think, and i know you lost my buisness with your attitude towards me and your shady work practices. Honesty goes a long way in your field of work, do better.
