I did a search on MD Inspection stations near me. The reviews were good, so I called on 8/21/2023 needing an inspection for my 2010 Mazda6. A friend told me about about Bel Air Auto Service and Chris Woody. As a mechanic I am extremely picky who works on my vehicles because I don’t have time to. I have taken my commuter car, military surplus hmmwv, and classic Jeeps to Chris and his staff . They deliver amazing service and a level of attention to detail I haven’t experienced at other shops. I can’t recommend Bel Air Auto Service enough!! When I’m busy taking my vehicles off road and breaking them the staff at Bel Air Auto Service is busy putting them back on the road.Services: General repairs & maintenance

When it comes to finding good mechanics TRUST is important. Bel Air Auto Service did not try to upsell me or scare me into getting services that I didn’t need. In fact, they informed me of future preventative services and recommendations that other dealer services would have tried to convince me were immediate.Honestly, trust, and automotive knowledge of classic vehicles of the past and present day vehicles with all of the bells and whistles. Had a flat tire and was 2 hrs aways from home. Chris stopped everything to help fix my tire immediately and get me home safe. He would not even take extra money I offered him. I wish I lived close by, and he would take care of all my cars. Great guy! Honest Service!

I've always been skeptical about side of the road mechanics but this location is not that. They're in a reputable area and have me a good feeling. Chris and his team are there for you and your needs. Places like this deserve to be recognized and recommended. Stop in or tell a friend. You'll be glad you did. My vehicle went in a Beast and came out a Beauty.
