Budget cars rentals is a smooth fast professional place with good Customer service. Customers find the service amazing very convenient and warm caring and accommodating. The team gets in and processed rentals until 8am when hours close at 5pm so drop off 5pm is processed. The entrance can be hard to find if not on the airport shuttle. SUV could have been cleaner and needed to be vacuumed. Mix up with the corporate office was helped the manager and the team thank much.
I’ve come here 5 times now and EVERYTIME has been smooth, fast, and professional. I’ve been renting cars in several states and countries, this place is the best. Only drawback is there hours. They close at 5pm so if you want to drop off at 8pm, it won’t be processed until 8am when the team gets in.

I never have a bad experience coming here. Customer service is amazing and it is very convenient coming here due to closeness of my home. Brooke especially is very warm and caring to her customers! I only come here for my rentals when I can.
