Always a pleasant experience.

I went to this location today for vitamins, face cream, and hair oil. While shopping I heard who I assumed to be the store manager, an older fellow, walking around asking people if they were okay or if they needed help. During my shopping experience I couldn’t locate the Mary Ruth liquid iron that I came to the store to find. The manager quickly advised me that they didn’t have the iron I inquired about, and he checked all locations in the area to find the iron! Thank you again for the amazing customer service!
Unfortunately, while I was shopping, I noticed a younger cashier following me throughout the store. I also noticed a woman stealing. She was taking everything she wanted and not even hiding it well. The cashier didn’t speak, and it made me feel uncomfortable because I knew he was watching me. Once at checkout I asked him to confirm that the Olay face cream was on sale and that I met the coupon requirements. He barely looked and didn’t fully answer my question. I decided to investigate for myself since he wasn’t a help.
While I was standing in the beauty aisle confirming my coupon, the cashier that was stalking me but refused to investigate my coupon followed me once again to the beauty aisle. He said he wanted to confirm I was done with the coupons I used at the register. I quickly apologized for not throwing out the receipt and told him I used the coupons I needed.
Fast forward to me walking out of the store after I paid for everything and after I was so obviously watched the whole time. The same cashier and another man, who I’m assuming is loss prevention, came outside calling for me to come back in the store. I was so embarrassed and confused. I knew I didn’t steal and didn’t want to end up the face of a moment, so I turned around to go back inside the store. I thought to myself, “CVS is going to end up paying for my son’s college education.”
Once I turned around, the loss prevention person looked immediately defeated. I heard him say to the young, overzealous, slightly prejudiced—and (I’m saying slightly to be nice because I don’t know him personally)—“not her.” That’s when I realized I wasn’t the only person who saw the woman stealing. However, she got away with CVS merchandise because the associates were fixated on me.
Anyway shut out to the queen who went on a free shopping spree today. It’s 2025 and about time people know that being hateful and prejudice is very expensive. Life is not a podcast and a lot of the youth are failing to see that.
Honestly, since I’ve lived in this area, I’ve left two comments on the CVS in Fallston and the one in Churchville. All the reviews were due to poor customer service and mistreatment.
I shop at CVS because they send me coupons all the time. However, the in-store experience is too toxic and not customer-friendly. I know CVS isn’t Nordstrom, but I still demand to be treated with respect when I’m spending my hard-earned money.

Hi! I don’t write a lot of reviews but I felt this one was worthy. I was attempting to print pictures for a photo album and was having some issues getting it processed online. Michelle helped me immensely. She went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of. I even made the mistake of thinking something was done incorrectly and Matt went out of his way to call and explain that it had been done correctly (very professionally and kind) to set me at ease. There was also another manager who assisted me, but unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. All around a great team. Thank you. Customer service is still alive and well.

BEST CVS PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! And I don’t say that lightly :) I have been to tons of CVS’ over the years and I always have trouble getting my prescriptions filled (sometimes it’s CVS’ fault and sometimes it’s insurance). I had another problem this time, and the pharmacy team at this CVS went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were all friendly, warm, kind, informative, patient, and helpful. Shout out to Blaair, Lindsey, and Bernice for providing exemplary customer service and setting a great example. I can’t express the gratitude I felt while this team of wonderful people helped me solve the problem and find a solution. THANK YOU TEAM! :)

Weekend pharmacy hours are short compared to Walgreens, the second pharmacy drive through lane has been closed for years creating longer wait times to drop off, and total wait time for prescriptions is terrible.
Update- 4/16/24- called the pharmacy to see if they had a prescription in stock, even though I vowed to never use this pharmacy again. Had to leave a voicemail, which is apparently standard now, and wait for a call back. The woman I spoke with was rude, unhelpful, and talked over me as I asked questions. Let her know I’ll keep my prescriptions at Walgreens. Almost 4 years of awful customer service and bad experiences and still nothing has changed.
Update, 7/20/22- I have been going to a different pharmacy since my last reviews. My doctor called in a Rx to this pharmacy by mistake. I got a text from CVS that my medicine was ready to be picked up. I drove to the pharmacy only to find out they ordered the wrong medicine. Unsurprisingly, they’re still incompetent.
Update, 8/22/21- my prescription was filled, but the safety seal was broken on the box. I called the pharmacy at 4:50pm, was on hold until someone picked up the phone and hung up right away. Conveniently, the pharmacy closes at 5pm.
Update, 4/26/21- The pharmacy has had my prescription for 10 days and still can’t be filled. I was told it would be filled on 4/19 and to pick it up on 4/21. Called the pharmacy on 4/21 to make sure they filled the Rx and I was on hold for 40 minutes and no one ever picked up my call. Arrived on 4/21 and it still wasn’t filled. I was told it was ordered on 4/20 (different date than what I was originally told) and to pick it up on 4/23. Arrived on 4/24 and it wasn’t filled. Called today, 4/26, and was told they haven’t received the order to fill my prescription. No phone to give me an update, just gave me the runaround for 10 days.
Update, 3/23/21- In the drive through line for over 30 minutes and was asked to pull around and to get in line again because they couldn’t find one of the prescriptions.
Update, 1/24/21- I sat in the drive thru pick up line for 40 minutes to pick up 2 prescriptions, and only 2 cars were in front of me. They charged me for both prescriptions and only put one in the bag.
Update, 1/7/20- dropped a rx off on 1/6 and was told it would be ready by 2pm. I get a call a few hours later telling me they wouldn’t have it until 1/7 and they would call me when it was ready. As of 8pm, I never received a call and the person I just spoke with said someone at the pharmacy took the rx out of the system as “pending.”
Update, 1/21/20- it took over 30 minutes today to drop off a prescription at the drive through.
Update, 10/1/20- sitting in the drive through lane for over 30 minutes and there was one car in front of me in the prescription lane. Finally got my prescription after 45 minutes and one prescription was missing. The missing prescription was filled with the wrong brand. Now sitting here waiting for them to fill it with the correct brand.
Four cars have now gone through the C-19 testing lane next to me.
Broken glass from a prescription bottle that is in the drive through lane.

I have never been so disrespected at a pharmacy than this one. The “ladies” that work there talk down to you, don’t help you, and laugh when you go to leave. Very, very unprofessional staff. Will never return to this pharmacy.

Switched from another pharmacy due to closure and it’s been nothing but rude staff and unstocked medications.

Never answer the phone. Terrible customer service. When you do speak to someone they give you the run around. Never get your scripts filled there.

No communication. Waiting on pain meds after surgery and they don't call and say they can't fill it but when I call it says it is processing prescription. Always slow

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Staff is unhelpful, rude and lies. Called 4 days prior for a refill, was told it would take 3-4 days to fill. Waited 4 days only to be told that they can not fill the rx and will have to order more. Which could take another 4 days. This has happened 3 times this year, and they give me attitude when asked if there is somewhere else I can go.

Appointment at 530 for covid shot. Waited 20 minutes and there were people already waiting an hour that had appointments earlier. Pharmacist bouncing back and forth between shots and filling prescriptions. No respect for people's time to allow so many appointments to be be filled and make people wait.
