Worst experience I had from an Edible Arrangements store ever. I ordered same day delivery for my wife and I was told hours later that the driver couldn’t make it that day. I was then told I would have my arrangement delivered to her first thing in the morning. Noon came I called the store(after not even getting an answer the first two times) and was informed that the driver hadn’t even shown for work yet. I do not recommend at all. Very unprofessional and terrible service all around.

I stopped by today, 2/3/2025 around 5:20 to pick up some thank you gifts for my coworkers. There was a young man and lady working and they were both incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond for my order and I am so grateful for them! I’m bummed I did not catch their names to give them their credit, but I would recommend this location to anyone!! If you were the workers who helped with my order, thank you so much!

No communication from the store they could NOT fulfill the Mother's Day platter that I ordered FIVE DAYS ahead of time. This store is either mismanaged, understaffed or run by someone that just doesn't care. They will NEVER see me again.

I made the mistake of ordering from this edible arrangements in Bel Air MD for Mother's Day 2024. I placed the order for the day before Mother's Day and spent $148 on the Mother's Day dessert box with pink and blue may flowers. They only delivered the flowers and not the dessert box. The flowers didn't resemble what I ordered. I phoned the store and spoke with Avery who was not apologetic and kept saying "Yep, Yep, Yep, Yep" as I explained my issue. Avery told me the owner, Harry S., would call me back that day but he did not. I regret not checking their reviews. This store gets several 1 star reviews, many of which Harry doesn't even bother responding to because he gets so many.

I will never order there again! How do you run out of roses and flowers on Valentines Day ? :( My mom never got her flowers or the chocolate covered strawberries. I’m assuming they ate them and gave the flowers to their moms. Very disappointed. Richardsons florist I’m so sorry i didn’t order from you!

Website says open until 7 on Saturday. Placed order was never delivered. Called Sunday no answer.Had to call Monday to request refund.

Went to order my birthday reward in the store and it was awful service. The entire counter was cluttered with paper and trash, the cold case was empty. I would highly suggest finding a different edible arrangements

V-day gift for my mom resulted in a few items being out of stock and didn't get communicated in the busy season of V-day for these types of businesses. I called in and asked for some help and the manager was able to send a nice small package and a note to my Mom apologizing for the less than stellar original delivery. This location probably just needs to communicate pre-emptively and I think they will be aces. Thanks for helping make our mom v-day special.

What is this? Melted or not, this was quite a headache. There's no notice on the website that deliveries stop at a certain time or that the time that you are ordering is too late for same day delivery. Shortly after i submitted my order a young girl calls to tell me that they can't deliver it today bc the delivery driver was already out and not returning for the day. I offered a nice tip if someone would be willing to drop it off from the shop (only 9m drive). She declined, which was probably company policy. I then told them that i would call and Uber to pick it up from them and deliver it since the shop was still going to be open for another 3 hours. I asked her to call me when it was ready and i would send the Uber over. She said ok and hung up. Time past, the store closed and nobody contacted me. If they didn't want to make my order they should have told me that they didn't want to do my order, even though i paid extra for a same day delivery. Then, when it finally was delivered, my nieces Father was waiting for them to let him know when it was there. He texted that he'd leave it on the front step, but there was a misunderstanding of when it would be left on the front step, so, with no notification that it has been delivered to him, it sat out in the sun and melted. What a horrible experience trying to bring a little happiness to my niece who has a pretty horrifying experience. There's more to say, but this is enough

My first time ever using their services I came in 10 minutes before they closed and they were able to process my order and get it to my destination by lunch time the next day

I don't know why I order from any Edible Arrangement, because its always the same. At least this one came on time, but they just left it outside without knocking or ringing the doorbell and then just left a "sorry we missed you" note. I was home, knock or something; its food. The berries are always Walmart quality or $100. You better eat the entire thing as soon as you get it, because all the fruit will be bad the next day.
