The car service is very good, but in terms of forgotten objects they are very bad, I accidentally left my headphones and arrived the next day and no one gave me information, they only told me that they were going to call me and so far they have not called me, they are very bad with valuables.

Enterprise 2103 Pulaski Hwy. Edgewood MD
I have written great reviews about them when deserved. But recently Enterprise, Edgewood MD owed me a refund, agreed that they owed me a refund for returning the Chrysler Pacifica a day early, but failed to send the refund.
it IS time to move on to another rental agency and delete all of my positive reviews!

Dealing with this company is always great, and picking up a car at Fallston Enterprise was no different. Everyone was friendly, helpful, professional, and clearly out to help me. The rental rate was fantastic and the SUV fit my needs perfectly.

Made a 7:30a reservation for a mid sized suv, traveling out of state for a family funeral. When we reached the location the lot was bare, went inside to check in; a man told me to wait as he would see what is available. I was a little confused as the car I made a reservation for should be available. This agent was STALLING, started helping a customer on the phone then got back to me saying he’s still looking. After about 15-20m I was told there are only 2 pick up trucks and 8 mini vans. Then the agent tried telling me being that there are folks still on “holiday” with the car, they don’t have what I needed. I asked about another car on the lot (a Jeep), I was told that there were 4 reversions on that class!!!! If this is the only car you have in the class but have 4 reservations on it, the other 3 people are going to be SOL???
Called the Edgewood location, no cars but a dodge charger, not the kind of car needed. We were sent to Middle River.
There was no confirmation call the night before, if this location knew that had no cars available upon opening why not call the guest to let them know so they aren’t traveling out of their way to be sent out another 30min?? Nothing was offered/no discount to us for the inconvenience. Agent gave us a card to call him if we were to run into issues at the MR location.

We got upgraded to a car hatchback far from a standard car but it didn’t have car play so keeping track of gps for the trip was difficult. Normally when I rent I get a car that has car play so I felt like the was a downgrade. The car ran smoothly and got me from point A to B.
My only suggestion to enterprise in regards to the whole company is to install the cheap car play tablets in all of your cars to make it easier for your customers to get around where they need to go. They are only like $60 a unit retail. I am sure as a business you could get wholesale costs. The person wh helped was great and tried to get me in and out as quickly as possible.

I reserved a luxury rental for my daughters prom, wanted to make it a memorable event, drive up in something unique. Made sure to reserve it well in advance (+1 month) to guarantee inventory. Day came and they had either a Charger (full size car) or Challenger (no back seat).
The Charger would have been fine if it was in good condition, but the body paint was chipped (small, but noticeable when we walked around), the buttons in the rear sets were buffed to the point they were unreadable, and the car itself had clearly seen better days.
Was told I could swap for a different car at a different location if I wanted. Called 4 different locations, including the airport over 30 miles away, and either there was no standing inventory, or they wouldn't honor the trade.
Ultimately, I ended up taking my daughter to prom in a rental that may have been fine for a replacement vehicle to get to work, but completely lacked the glitz I had planned for the day.
