If you're going to rent a vehicle from this location, get dropped off. DO NOT park your vehicle in their lot. I did, and I wound up with a screw in my brand new tire, and a cracked windshield. They'll never see my business again (and I travel a LOT for business).

I rent from this location all the time. This last time I was in a time crunch picking up and dropping off and the staff was awesome both times. High recommend for this enterprise

I'm sharing a cautionary tale about my recent ordeal with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a tale marked by unexpected billing practices and shockingly poor customer service. The rental journey began smoothly on September 11th, with my bank debit card covering the initial 10 days and a security deposit. As my vehicle's repair period extended, I was asked by Enterprise to provide a credit card with a chip for further billing. I complied, thinking this would streamline the payment process. However, to my astonishment and dismay, Enterprise didn't process regular charges. Instead, just eight days before Christmas, they levied a single bulk charge of over $3,500, without prior warning or communication. This sudden enormous charge was not only unexpected but also financially overwhelming, pushing my credit card beyond its limit. The climax of this distressing experience was my visit to an Enterprise location on January 6th, a day that highlighted the company's rigid and customer-unfriendly policies. Prepared to address and settle any dues, I presented two debit cards (one with a chip) tied to the same bank account and even had cash on hand. Contrary to what one would expect, the representative refused to accept these payment methods. He insisted that only a credit card would suffice, despite my explanation that the last payment hadn't posted yet, rendering mycredit card temporarily unusable for further charges. This inflexible stance by the Enterprise staff, particularly in front of my wife and me, was not just embarrassing but also emblematic of a glaring lack of customer service. My intent was clear: to pay the account current and secure the rental until Monday, when I planned to resolve everything at the original rental location. Yet, I was met with a snooty attitude and an unreasonable refusal of all payment methods except a specific type of credit card. This experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been both financially burdensome and emotionally taxing. The unanticipated large charge, coupled with the staff's uncooperative and condescending behavior, left me feeling unfairly treated and utterly helpless in a situation where I was more than willing to fulfill my financial obligations. This review serves as a warning to potential customers of Enterprise. Be aware of their potential for irregular, substantial charges and the possibility of encountering inflexible and unprofessional service at critical moments. To Enterprise Rent-A-Car: Your approach to billing and customer service needs immediate attention and improvement. Customers deserve transparent billing, flexible payment options, and respectful, solution-oriented interactions, especially in situations where they are actively seeking to resolve their accounts.Final Note: This review is intended solely to share my experience and is not an opening for public debate or a chat forum. I have provided this feedback for the benefit of other potential customers and to highlight areas where Enterprise Rent-A-Car could improve. If Enterprise has any genuine interest in addressing the issues raised or discussing this matter further, I kindly request that you reach out directly to the email address associated with this review. Please refrain from posting generic responses on this platform, as they do not contribute to a meaningful resolution of the issues presented. The two Locations, were this happened was in Belair, MD were I rented the car, and in Cockeysville were I was insulted by their employees,Christopher Miller

The Enterprise in Fallston, Md. has always been my go to place for rental cars. Noah Rumser, who is a manager there is the best! Never had any issues with the people at that location. Thanks!

Terrible customer service. Vehicle was completely dirty on the outside and inside. Gave a van to my wife without wiper blades and the staff was too incompetent to install them for her. We were in a pinch and they completely dropped the ball. They were too busy playing with their lacrosse sticks. Truly disappointed.
