Called to find out how much it was to mount and balance 4 tires with alignment.I was quoted the price over the phone. Dropped the car off in the evening after hours received a phone call from Fallston service station regarding my brakes the day after. When I asked for the total price... the price of the mounting, balance and alignment was over a $200 difference from what I was quoted the day before. Price was double the amount to mount and balance four tires and to get an alignment then most shops in the area. Owner insisted that I heard them wrong over the phone. $240 to Mount and balance 4 tires and over $200 for an alignment seems excessive. First and last time I ever take my car here.

Finally found a great local shop to have my vehicle worked on. Old school and reasonably priced mechanics who really know what they are doing! Have no problem keeping you informed and explain the work they perform. Thank you!

VERY VERY happy! I was on the way to New York from outside DC late on a Friday afternoon and noticed a problem with my vehicle (loaded with family and luggage for trip). I called Fallston at 2:30PM and asked if they could look at the problem and possibly fix it. They took me in and repaired the issue (brake related) that enabled me to complete my trip. From start to finish, it took about 2 hours. While they worked on it we walked to a local restaurant for dinner. While I was walking back, they were test driving the car and picked me up. All-in-all, I was impressed that they were willing to take a car in at 3:00, work on it while I waited and complete it that afternoon. All of this done was done with much honesty (showing me exactly what the issue was and how they could fix in the time-frame given) and a VERY reasonable cost. If they weren't more than an hour from my home, I'd be there for all of my service needs.

Family owned and operated business. Excellent and cost conscious mechanics. Trust your vehicle in their hands. No up selling. Just great old fashioned service. I’d give six stars if I could.

Jack and Glenn are honest, hardworking individuals and have taken care of all of my family's vehicles for over 20 years now. They do bodywork too. I have sent several of my friends here as well, these two give me the truth and fix only what is necessary/what I ask for after the dealership tells me all sorts of stuff needs to be fixed or replaced. I'm so glad my family found them, they have undoubtedly saved us a ton of money in maintenance and repairs over the years!

I received a quote from the dealership where I take my car for standard maintenance. I called Fallston Service, and they fit me in for an appointment within 2 days, price was extremely fair and much lower than the dealership.
