I spoke with multiple vendors in the area prior to scheduling my four wheel alignment and tire mounting/balancing with Mr. Tire. The prices were relatively comparable but Mr. Tire was the only facility with Saturday availability (I scheduled the appointment Friday afternoon). Brandon was friendly and welcoming and provided an accurate quote over the phone which was exactly what I paid the next day. The tech working on my vehicle was knowledgeable, performed an excellent alignment after mounting and balancing the tires that I provided. Overall, the work took about 2 hours and my car was waiting by the front door. My vehicle was returned in perfect condition, nothing was dirty on the inside, and the work was performed as promised. Thank you for a flawless experience and for being available literally on the next day!

The Fallston Mr. Tire lied to my wife several times that they provided a service (alignment) that she could prove they did not. They even tried to send her a phony report with a time earlier in the day and the date cut off. Then they said it couldn't be done because she had a minivan (but another Mr Tire was able to do it). Either complete liars or absurdly incompetent. All of this was after having to go back multiple times because they ordered the wrong tires, and then didn't get it done when they said that would. If you're a mechanic and can prove they do what they say they do, use them. Otherwise, expect them to not do what they say they will and lie to you about it. At one point they told her that she just had to trust them that they had done it because they couldn't provide any documentation - absurd. Buyer beware.

Got all new tires, brakes rotors on the rear of my vehicle, oil change, alignment. They ended up giving me the buy three get one free on the tires which the tires I wanted weren’t actually named in that deal but they gave it to me anyway Which is what got me to decide on purchasing them at that time. I only went in for an oil change originally, but did have been needing some new tires. They could not complete the alignment 100% because one of my tie rods was seized up so they did not charge me for that But in doing so it did make out my vehicle drives better even though they could not 100% get it aligned. The day after I got my vehicle back, I noticed a slight high-pitched squealing noise, so I took it back in after talking to them on the phone about it, and it ended up just being my brake shield, which are very rusty and not their fault at all, but they still took the time to bend it out of the way to keep from making that noise. Very happy with my service.

Let me start off by saying that I did not expect to have to go to Mr. Tire but my car had other plans. My tire gauge alerted me that my pressure was low and in need of some attention so I found myself at Mr. Tire seeking remedy. I was greeted by Ryan who went out of his way to check my tire pressure, identify the issue and offer me new tires. He was polite, knowledgeable and courteous. He did not pressure me just to make a sale but provided me with the information necessary to make an educated decision considering how important tires are on a vehicle. As we approach the winter season, I am confident that my new tires will safely get me through any inclement weather. Thanks to Ryan for making a stressful situation manageable. You have gained a loyal customer!!!!!!!

price is cheap, but you get what you pay for. customer service is non-existent. swapped out tires for me, didn't check the tire pressure before giving back my car. just wasn't impressed with the overall experience.
