What an amazing staff over at this store!
After seeing the management change you can tell brianne and her team has the store finally on the right track! She was smart, and friendly and gave me such a great price on service and tires last week . I will be returning and telling my family that this is our new service station.

Had previously good experiences at the Fallston Mr Tire. Not sure if there’s been a change in management, but my recent experience has been horrible. Dropped my car off at 8:00 am for a tire install. Car was not ready at 7:00 pm closing time. Tech said he needed another day. Called at 4:00 pm and was told car is “almost ready”. Go to pick up at 7:00 PM on the SECOND day. Car is on the lift with no progress made. I was told it will “definitely” be ready tomorrow. How can it take 3 days to install tires at a place called Mr. Tire? I have zero faith that my car will be ready or the tires will be properly balanced.
Update. After 3 days with a bunch of excuses at the end of day 3 I was told they could not install the tires on my vehicle. I called the 800# given in the post below. Waited on hold for 45 minutes and finally gave up. Still got charged the $153 for an oil change. They could have saved me 3 days of aggravation and sharing a car if they told me on day one they couldn’t do it. All I got was it will be ready soon, or ready at the end of the day.

I've been driving and dealing with mechanics for many many years. But newer cars baffle me, I had a light on my dash that kept telling me that I had a low tire. I asked people at gas stations to help but they would check or add air and the light would stay on. Finally I stopped at your business as I was afraid to drive. The young woman working at the counter area was polite and pleasant. While I was expecting to be told that I would have to wait for a mechanic. Instead she said "Let's take a walk outside".To my surprise she asked me to open my trunk, she reached in and told me that it was my spare that was low on air. She wait for just a moment while she added and checked the gauge. She even knew how to turn the warning light off! Many Thanks Mr. Tire and many thanks young lady.

Fallston location 9/3/2024 I had 7:30 appt to drop car off for oil change/tire rotation left keys in drop box.
Called at 1:30 car still was not worked on technician was not in yet. They called me at 4pm stating the tech was not coming into work that day.
I will not be returning as a customer, and this seems like a constant issue.

I just tried to make an appointment at the Fallston location. I purchased my tires from this location previously and should be able to schedule free rotation and balance. However, today when I attempted to make an appointment, I was told there are no technicians that work at this location any longer. “We are in the process of interviewing”.
If I had the ability to go back in time, I would never have bought my tires from this business.
Previously I had been told my “newish” car at the time had a leak that they found on the “complimentary inspection” that I did not agree to. I had just had my car in for service at the dealer. After I was told that I had the leak, I took my car back to the dealer and they could not find any leak.
Another time, my tire pressure for one of my tires was set at 54 psi, it should have been 32.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere.

10/10 they fixed my tire and didnt over charge me, and they were super friendly
