“I’ve never had a bad experience at the Fallston Pharmacy location. Everyone has always been very cordial, helpful and professional. For those of you who posted negative reviews regarding the pharmacy staff being discriminatory against various races is ludicrous. One has to realize that they’re just doing their jobs by following state mandated regulations and procedures. What does it hurt to show proof of citizenship, and then there should be no more questions asked or pharmacy staff concerns. Unfortunately, the actions of a small few who take advantage of the system make it more difficult for staff to sometimes be trusting toward various customers. I’m certain that pharmacy personnel have to perform their jobs with an additional layer of scrutiny. If they don’t follow strict federal guidelines, they may face heavy fines & legal repercussions with the federal government.”
“Always friendly and helpful staff. They do pet meds, too and many times have things that the big box stores have been running out of. Great to have a local pharmacy!”

“Hi! I don’t write a lot of reviews but I felt this one was worthy. I was attempting to print pictures for a photo album and was having some issues getting it processed online. Michelle helped me immensely. She went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of. I even made the mistake of thinking something was done incorrectly and Matt went out of his way to call and explain that it had been done correctly (very professionally and kind) to set me at ease. There was also another manager who assisted me, but unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. All around a great team. Thank you. Customer service is still alive and well.”
