Dear Shell Admin,
I'm writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue at the Shell store in Fallston. During my recent visit, I noticed that many items, particularly candies and other products, were past their expiration dates. This poses a serious health risk to customers.
As a regular customer, I'm disappointed and concerned about the store's product management. To ensure customer safety and satisfaction, I kindly request that you:
1. Inspect the store's inventory and remove expired products.
2. Implement measures to prevent expired items from being stocked in the future.
I hope you'll take immediate action to address this issue.

I just got ripped off 20 bucks. I didn’t feel like arguing to get it back since I didn’t realize I was shortchanged until after I returned to my car and had already pumped my fuel.

Gas pumps never work here

Pumps needs to be updated asap, credit cards gets stock at the pump several times, many number don't even works properly, is a waste of time.

Last month I went there for feeling gas. They charge me on card 50 dollar and in my car gas came only 30 dollar. they said it will come back 20 dollar in your account but not yet came back.

I love this place - I buy vapes from here and one girl had me try it out first to make sure it worked before I left. Top notch service. Not just her, but the other dudes that work here are also super friendly. Best gas station ever. I never buy vapes from anywhere else.

Walked in at 10:40 p.m. with the door unlocked and the person behind the counter chatting with somebody else. I left my wallet at home and was running on e so I was trying to use my spare change just to get a gallon of gas. And they would not serve me. I work at a convenience store / gas station. When it's closing time we lock the door. And if someone would walk in after hours because we failed to lock the door. We would serve them. Because that's just good customer service. That's why family businesses are dying quickly. In the hustle and bustle of the world we live in nowadays. You have to be competitive. Now I will never stop at that gas station ever again even if I have to go out the way. There's too much competition to act for one second that someone's business is not needed or appreciated. And who closes at 10:30? They either closed early or closed at 10:00 and just never lock the door for 40 minutes. But we don't know because they don't even have their hours posted on Google

John is the bomb.com!! He was so helpful. He the put the service in service station. While he had customers, he helped me with an issue I had with my vehicle in a way that helped expedite the situation and thank you for your sense or urgency. You are the best!!!! John- you put me at ease.

Last month my credit card got scammed at the pump.
