Trisanne is an amazing instructor and the classes are great. I'm very suspicious of the two unfavorable reviews. Leaving a review from a person who has actually been to the establishment several times and is VERY satisfied. Come row! it is GREAT exercise!

Love this studio. Trisanne is a wonderful and caring instructor who teaches small group reformer and water rowing classes. Great location in the heart of Fallston.

Cannot WAIT to go back! Water rowing is incredible. "Strokes" to Trisanne and her coaching! Fabulous all over body workout.
