They were friendly and helpful. I had several packages and they helped me with sizing of boxes and made it so they didn’t necessarily upsell. This particular day Amazon was down so people weren’t happy, even though it was nationwide, yet they kept a positive vibe in the store. Best one and I went out of my way to this...
