My father in law who is a Vietnam went in to make a purchase. Was met with prejudice and unhelpful staff. Made the purchase elsewhere. Shame on this location for such cowardly despicable behavior.
Hope corporate sees this.

Came for the vet clinic to get our 2 kittens their shots. Waited in line from 7:45am till 9:45am and were the first ones there. They opened the doors at 9 am and there was a line already formed. The vet mobile pulled up and started setting up around 9:15am, didn’t tell anyone where the line was going to be, inside or outside. So we asked if we were in the right area and were told that the line would start at the back of the store next to the double doors. Then they set up a sign saying starts here in the next isle. So when we moved to where the line started they already working with 2 other people. We asked how did they get in before us and they stated, they were still setting up and the people were just standing there. The people that butted were there after everyone but waited for the set up and walked around the isle so know one could see them. The vets knew this and knew we were all there first but still took them. We asked about and we figured they must have knew them. We made a comment stating that they jumped in front of everyone and were yelled at that we can get out of line and leave, she started yelling at everyone that was in line patiently waiting very loudly and very aggressively. Then they weren’t going to wait on a woman and yet they waited on the ones that jumped in front of everybody after she was in line for hours. We were charged after being seen $347 and a charge of $79 dollars for a test we didn’t have done. We wanted to get out of there so bad that we didn’t even notice the extra charge. This was bad all around from start to finish and we will never go back. No one from the store apologized and our pets were in our handlers for hours. No discounted prices and honestly we should’ve went to our vets. Our cats would’ve been in and out with no stress, the vet bill was about the same. The woman also stated she was cutting off the line at 10:30am and didn’t care if they were seen, that they all can come back to the next one. So the time frame is really from 9:45-10:30am and they want to be out at 11am. Don’t waste your money and your time to put your pet through all of the stress and to be talked to like you’re a piece of trash, when you can just simply go to your vet.

The worst experience ever ,yesterday on their website, I seen that they had 2 identical sot fishing kayaks, so I purchased it online the 1 that it said free pickup today ,well long story short ,their website is soo far out of date it's not funny ,this place I wouldn't buy a $1.00 piece of tape ,because what you think your buying isn't what they claim they have in the store,I want to thank an associate that works there Robbie he himself called me back and canceled the transaction because he's honest ,this young fellow should become a manager and get a 10 dollar raise for looking out for customers as far my review goes

Employee Emily at fallston store didn't want to help me find an item. Headphones in not caring about helping customers. Usually the staff are friendly and helpful
