After almost a year dealing with CVS absolutely botching my scripts and their deep commitment to providing absolute crap customer service I was able to switch back to Walgreens and had an incredible human experience with Grayson. Thank you for doing whatever you can to ensure your patients are stocked not only with their meds but also their hearts. Thank you Grayson. For real.

I want to thank and shout out the individuals behind the pharmacy at 4:30pm on 11/7/25. I picked up a friend from GBMC after outpatient surgery. They had called in scripts but the pharmacy was crazy busy. My friend was kind of out of it but really concerned he would not have the scripts in time for the weekend. Staff was kind, patient, and made certain he had what was needed. Stellar work under difficult circumstances.

The pharmacist last year couldn’t give me a flu shot because it was 15 minutes before her lunch, went today and was asked if I had a appointment, did not, they didn’t have any vaccine that was suitable for a 85, but said she will give me just a regular one, went to CVS, no problem, great team and well prepared for any vaccine you needed, Fallston pharmacist needs to get her act together

The pharmacy is just plain awful. Terrible hours from 10 am to 6 pm and then closed on the weekend. How is someone who has a full-time job supposed to pick up a prescription? Half the time, I have to wait hours, sometimes days for a prescription only to be told they don't stock that particular medication.

My interactions have only been with the pharmacy, and everyone has been kind and helpful. They have to do something about the pharmacy hours though. If you work 9-5, and the pharmacy is only open from 10-6, and closed on the weekends, it’s next to impossible to pick up prescriptions without taking time off work. At least stay open until 7, or open on Saturdays.

Ridiculous hours if you have a job. Open 10-6pm Mon-Friday CLOSED all weekends plus close for lunch!!! Very inconvenient hours and very unfriendly!

Prices are bad enough and then if you're not a part of their special club you don't get the sales. I wanted something quick and wasn't dealing with signing up. Most places. At least offer you a store card to get the deal, but not this place.

Have always had a positive experience here. The pharmacists have been very helpful with last minute prescriptions, even when they’re busy. We also get pictures printed here and they’re always ready very quickly and such a great price! Thankful to have this store so close to home.

Several times, they short changed me on my pills. Or mixed them up. Horrible hours, closed on weekends. Do yourself a favor do not go there.
