Let me start by saying that if I could rate less than one star, I would. This place is pitiful. Starting with the parking lot, dead animal carcasses, and multiple dead rodent bodies smashed into the concrete. More trash on the parking pads than in a dumpster. The carts are filled with trash and the cart carriers bring them in to rot like that. On the inside, it's like opening another can of worms. The stockers completely annihilate the food that goes on the shelves. The can goods are beyond dented. The foods out of date, between rotting/moldy meringue pie being put in the clearance section, unrefridgerated. The candy section is out of date. Cream cheese left on shelves just to rot and be put back in the refrigerator days later. They are constantly out of stock of most items, the workers are lazy, the self checkout have layers of slime on them and could easily be cleaned down but aren't. It's a sad experience to come to this store.

A few months ago, I started ordering an item from Walmart online because I couldn't get it anywhere else. I'd never shopped at Walmart before. The most recent delivery of 10 items only contained 9 items and all of them were wrong. I took them back to the Fallston Walmart and they only refunded me for 9 items. How could I return the 10th item when I never received it? Never again.

I have three Walmarts within half an hour or less from me. This is the only one that has never messed up an online order... and I use this feature A LOT.

We hosted a party today for about 25-30 people. We ordered the 6 foot sub platter from Walmart deli and we were able to choose 3 different meats with 2 different cheeses and toppings/condiments on the side. This sub platter was AMAZING! And for only $50 we were so shocked. We got so many compliments about the subs. Placing the order was simple- I called Walmart deli and the staff member who assisted me was so pleasant and made the process a breeze. We will definitely be recommending Walmart catering to others

This Walmart is okay... But what REALLY ticked me off was that my girlfriend and I went grocery shipping there tonight... well, she broke her foot last week and is on crutches with a boot. You know those little scooters that are for handicapped people and the elderly? They had ONE that was working, and THREE that were broken. The one that worked was in use. I asked the two greeters why they didn't get more, or have the broken ones fixed. I was told, "Ha! I've been asking myself that for three years!". So THATS how much Walmart cares about it's customers.

Absolutely filthy. The employees are rude and the place is never stocked. The items they do have stocked are always damaged or misplaced. This place needs entirely new managers. They have one young male manager with pink hair who was wearing a grinch onesie at Xmas time and I overheard him threaten to remove an elderly man who was obviously confused and in a wheelchair. Disgusting !!! I also heard the same manager use profanity and not practice social distancing or wear a mask properly.

This Walmart is just plain awful. Let me preface this review by saying that I avoid Walmart at all costs for many reasons, but today I needed something that was only in stock here. First of all, they have a curbside pickup area but apparently that's only for grocery pickup. Do you think that the area is labeled as "only" grocery pickup? No, it's not. So after figuring that out, I parked on the side of the building where the in-store pickup is and guess what? That entrance was closed. Do you think there was a sign saying that entrance was closed? No, there wasn't. Then I got to the pickup area and after 15 minutes of waiting behind another customer while associates were just chatting in the stock room, literally looking at us but not bringing us our orders, I had to ask an associate who was coming out of that area when someone was going to bring me my order. Wanna know his response? "I don't know. I don't work in the online pickup area." Okay but can you call the person who does or a manager?? After waiting for 20 minutes total, I finally got the ONE item I came for. Do yourself a favor and go to target.

I don't expect a luxury shopping experience when shopping at Walmart but I expect there to be some common decency. Was there tonight, 11/19/20 approx 630. Saw several customers AND EMPLOYEES not wearing their masks correctly. Then a customer didn't have one on AT ALL! I said something to her and she lied and said she was exempt because she is pregnant (why a pregnant woman is running around a Walmart maskless during a pandemic I will never understand). I told some employees and they said they cannot do anything about it. WHY DOES CORPORATE NOT ALLOW THE EMPLOYEES TO KEEP THEMSELVES AND CUSTOMERS SAFE DURING A DEADLY PANDEMIC?!?! Absolutely horrifying. We will NEVER return to this store unless things change. Walmart clearly only cares about keeping the top guys rich. They don't care about the customers who make them rich. Or their employees who risk their lives every day to make the store function. This place is usually disgusting and now they probably have covid everywhere. WALMART LET YOUR EMPLOYEES SAY SOMETHING/KICK OUT PEOPLE WHO REFUSE TO WEAR A MASK DURING A DEADLY PANDEMIC!!!! It's ABSURD and irresponsible that they are not allowed. We can't social distance because there is no limit on the amount of people allowed in so we should at least feel comfortable with everyone wearing masks and wearing them CORRECTLY but we can't even have that! We spend thousands of dollars at this Walmart every year but that stops now. Screw this place.

They do not enforce mask rules. On numerous occasions I've seen selfish people walking around without masks. Management just shrugs their shoulders. A large portion of their clientele are in high-risk groups (elderly, high blood pressure, obese) including many of the idiots I've seen not wearing masks. To allow this to go on is completely irresponsible. So done with this store. If I could give zero stars I would.

Items were in stock they said they didn't have! I placed an online order. I received an email not long before I was due to pick it up stating that 7 items were not available. I had selected "allow substitutions" when I placed the order. I decided to go in and check on the items they stated were out of stock especially since some of them were crucial to me eating this week. Three items were indeed in stock-same size brand etc. The exact item I ordered! For three more items the particular item was not in but perfectly logical substitutions were available. For example, I ordered a 16 ounce bag of cheese. They had two 8 ounce packages of the same brand. I brought this to the attention of two people at the store, including a manager and then called the customer service 800 number. Not one person apologized. Unacceptable. Walmart, I have other options and won't be back.

I went to this location and it didn't have Girls 3t-4t clothes. A whole section for girls but none for toddlers. So disappointing. No one is really friendly but some of the cashiers. For me to travel out my way because the one in White Marsh is running down it not worth the travel. Maybe I'll start going to Hunt Valley since my mother-in-law told me that had plenty of clothes for my granddaughter.

I've always liked this wal mart. Read all the bad reviews and I'm surprised. There have been a few times they haven't had everything we went for, but they have had plenty in stock lately. (Besides corona shortages) I've been doing my grocery shopping here the past few years, can't think of any bad experiences

Says 24/7 but clearly isn't.... had emergency with a coffee pot breaking and leaking right out of the box. Attempted to call to figure out the return or exchange policy. No answer. Clearly not open 24/7.....disrespectful
