“Twice this week I have not received my packages. I've had to put through two service requests. It pained me to think my Grandmother's hand stitched quilt was lost. The Manager of the Post Office, Bridget really stepped up to the plate. She said she would address all of my concerns and she requested the carrier to go to the house where he delivered the pkg. I was so grateful it was found. Bridget called me to confirm that my package was on my front porch. Thank you Bridget for really getting this situation resolved.”

“The maintenance guys are nice, both of them. They helped me bring in packages several times and even hold the door for the elderly. I’m unsure why customers treat the grounds like a dump, almost like they don’t have home training. The lady with silver hair and the bald guy are always pleasant and helpful despite the long lines. I know their job seems easy, but when 10 people come in at once and don’t know what size box they want or forget an address by the time they get to the counter it has to be frustrating.”

“We have the best local USPS. The store is ran excellently, can get things done easily when I need to drop something off. I get my packages super fast and on time with 100 pct success and I wanted to acknowledge the good job this local center does. We are very grateful. It's crazy to hear all the horror stories of other people all around in various places and we are flawless. Closest ups facility is over a half hour away and with that comes complications so I much prefer the postal service. Thanks!”
