We have the best local USPS. The store is ran excellently, can get things done easily when I need to drop something off. I get my packages super fast and on time with 100 pct success and I wanted to acknowledge the good job this local center does. We are very grateful. It's crazy to hear all the horror stories of other people all around in various places and we are flawless. Closest ups facility is over a half hour away and with that comes complications so I much prefer the postal service. Thanks!

Without a doubt, my favorite Post Office in the area! All the folks that work here are always very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I've shipped thousands of packages out of this office over the years and will keep coming back for the great service! Really can't say enough good things about the staff, would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Went in with a package and a white priority label, however, I had priority cut off so it was a white sticker only. She would not allow me to ship the package until I removed the label. Which ruined the package. I asked her to cover the label with the new one and she would not. Absolutely nuts. This is actually not the first time she has made me change where I ship from. Only due to her personality. My father is so upset that we have to drive to another usps that doesn't have a crazy lady working. I even warned my dad before going in that he may meet her. And he wished he hadn't. Your loosing some customers with people like that that can't figure out how to problem solve. She seems to create more of them. I've see I'm clearly not the only customer that has an issue with the staff here. After getting home, my mother knew exactly the person we were talking about and said she had felt that woman was rude to her a few times also. Maybe when a bunch of customers start to agree and communicate the same rude behavior over and over, someone needs to have a sit down with staff. Unfortunately this is not how I'd like to leave a review, and I didn't want to. My dad asked me to since he was so irrated by the irrational employee. Thanks for listening

I came to get my kids passport done today. And the Mrs.Burke was the nicest person ever. She helped us with our application and was the easiest receptionist I’ve ever had in my life. 100% recommend this place if you are getting your passport.

The workers are very rude. They throw the boxes without any care. When I put my boxes on the counter the worker wasn’t getting them. I asked if they could move the boxes and then she is telling me to move them. There was no more space on the counter and I was holding around ten boxes in my hands to I couldn’t do anything. I told her to move the boxes and she just kept yelling “lift it” at me. These employees need some basic training on customer service.

Never leave mail with this post office. They lost my package that was supposed to be sent to a friend in Florida. Constantly losing mail.

This post office constantly loses track of our mail. They also closed 40 minutes early which is very annoying because I go to work before they open, and end my shift one our before they close. Very unprofessional.
