I subscribed specifically to see what CR had to say about replacement windows. I will try reading the information again m, but my initial thought is that not all of my questions were answered.

In patient service is great, however trying to get through on the phone was horrible. I called several times, before I got someone to actually answer the phone. No one returns your messages. If they could rectify the phone service, this would be all thumbs up!!

30 minutes in the waiting room. Seemed like I was booked during lunch hour. Didn't see the pain specialist. This is the first time for this situation and I will be back.

I’ve had serious back pain since I was a little kid. This is the ONLY place that has found a solution. I cried when after my appointment I have no back pain. I really did not see it coming. I’m extremely grateful to the doctors and support staff that helped me. Everyone is extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend this location and won’t trust anyone else with my back going forward. It really feels like a little family. Even the front desk staff remembers your name and asks how you are feeling. You won’t regret coming here.

I must say, that though once in the office everyone is great. National Spine and Pain needs to do something with their call system. The fact that you can't get past the call center to speak to anyone in the office is insane. Not even a hospital ER doctor or a Hospice Nurse can get anyone to assist them with a patient of theirs or get anyone to return any calls. I have had to actually go to the Oxon hill location to get the information that Doctors needed back in July while my family member was in the hospital and they refused to return any of the hospital doctors phone calls. Now here I am facing the same issue, with messages being left to the staff from the Hospice nurse and her affiliates, with no return call and still not being able to obtain the information needed to properly care for my family member while under hospice care. This is insane and absolute cruel to the patients and family members. As if dealing with a family member on hospice isn't enough, now to have to deal with the fact that my family members comfort is being delayed because National Spine and pain won't return any calls or even care enough to provide the information needed!!!

First off I would like to say that Dr. Mangal and his team and the nurses and office staff were awesome! The rest of the experience was horrible. I know as patients it is up to us to do our due diligence when it comes to making sure that everything is properly handled when dealing with medical issues, and I try to stay on top of that but you can only do so much with the information that you are provided. I was not properly informed and as a result of this I now have a huge bill to pay. Dealing with the billing department has been challenging because you can never get direct answers to your questions and if you are lucky to get someone you will be put on hold several times., you can’t talk to or email anyone directly regarding claims. It was a hard lesson to learn but I got it and never again.

They do not care about their patients only billing insurance and collecting co-pays. My best friend was discharged and refused appropriate follow up after having complications related to an epidural. I saw for myself that she is unable to put any weight on one side and the doctor there blamed her and said it was all due to her weight. She was not having this issue prior to the procedure and they take no responsibility. I feel bad because I told her about this place but I saw with for myself how she was treated and I will not recommend them again, NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

I am very happy that Dr. Mangal replaced the battery of my SCS Unit! The time spend with the patient is very limited in my Opinion and could improve some!Overall I'm pleased with National Spine and Pain Center.

I never thought my life would consist of pain management that being said Orin Greene, NP has shown me nothing but compassion & kindness over the years. I have followed him to every location no matter how far it is because that is how wonderful he has been to me. His assistant Ashley is amazing and went above and beyond today to help me. Her kindness & compassion is one of a kind. There are not enough words to thank them for taking such great care of me!

I visited Dr. Subach on April 3, 2023, and I was very satisfied with the encounter. He exceeded all my expectations by taking more than an hour to explain his findings and recommendations. He was very methodical and professional and took the time to explain his findings on CT scan images. He discussed all the pros and cons of my condition with great detail. He was willing to cooperate and collaborate with Dr. Wallach of Anderson Clinic in order to help me to achieve an informed and accurate solution. However, Dr. Subach in response to my request to form a surgical team, stated he could not join Dr. Wallack in order to perform the surgery since Dr. Wallach is part of the Anderson Clinic and National Spine and Pain Center can not form a surgical team.I would like to propose that they should reconsider such cooperation and to allow joint surgical teams. Such cooperation not only benefits the patient such as myself, but possibly bothe National Spine and Pain Center and Anderson Clinic since successful treatment paiten is the goal and objective of bothe organizations and reflect positively on both of them.My special thanks to Dr. Subach which I am sincerely grateful for his time and the attention that he gave me.
