“I’m one of those people that thinks of her vehicle as “their baby”. So with that in mind I accidentally scratched the drivers side door and drivers side passenger door (operator error), a scratch that went down to metal, on a pearl black paint. At that time it was the end of the world! I had gotten 3 quotes, HCCW being one of them. They were the only place that made me feel like “family”from the time I walked in to the time I got my truck back from them! They were very fair priced, honest and I have nothing but good to say about my experience with them! Btw, I was pleasantly surprised that it was completely washed and cleaned on the inside as well. “We have been the North Harford Collision center twice and both time we have had THE BEST experience. First for a spray in bed liner and just recently, we needed two small spots of chipped paint that needed repair. The paint match and quality of both jobs are top notch and very reasonably priced! I felt terrible for not having time to spray off mud splatters before drop off and I wasn’t at all expecting to pick up our truck completely cleaned on both sides but it was completely wiped down and so shiny all around! We couldn’t be happier with their work and will always recommend them to anyone near or far!”
