I decided to try Chipotle and I wont be back. It was overpriced and terrible food. The chicken was dry, rubbery and burnt. The associate taking my order didn't speak/understand English so couldn't communicate with me.

the absolute worst chipotle in the state. everyone from the manager to cashier should be fired for how poorly run this place is.also, are you allowed to pour a new bag of queso into a old hot pan that's been sitting on the line? sunday 2/11 watched the "cook" do that.

Here again with another bad review, our orders were completely wrong. Order a bunch of things on my bowl and received ONLY steak and rice. Out of chips at 6pm on a Saturday ? I’m sorry but this establishment is a joke and a mockery for everyone who orders here. If you like to play roulette with a $14 dollar meal here’s the place for you !

We are constantly disappointed in this location. Every time we order either the food is wrong or we go in to pick it up to find out that they are out of something that we ordered. It’s a great convenient location but we will not be going back. They’ve had numerous chances but it’s consistently wrong

Awful experience. Waited over an hour for food with about 10 other people who ordered online. Then didn’t even get all my food and told to take care of the refund on my own on the app. When I repeatedly asked for help from the manager, Zion, he belittled me and kept asking me if I was going to be “nice” to him before he would help me. Clearly I refused to answer him and walked out. Filed a complaint with the company and leaving a horrible review.

Third time I’ve experienced a major delay in getting my online order. At least 7 others waiting 20 plus minutes longer than what their pick up times were scheduled to be… best bet is to order on arrival - you’ll get your food WAY

Ordered in the app for food to be ready by 4:30. Arrived at 4:35 and food wasn’t started. There was a long line and then the workers put a sign on the door saying online orders only. The closer door was locked so people who didn’t have the app tried to leave and had to walk across the restaurant. My order was ready 30 min later and was wrong. Worst part was the manager saying multiple times to coworkers “I bet you $5 someone is gonna try to order at the counter, I bet you $5”.
