From the first day that Patrick came to my home to provide me with a moving estimate, I knew I was in good hands. He was professional and his estimate was fair and less than the competition. He put my mind at ease, explaining how the movers would protect the hardwood floors from scratches and how to prepare certain items for the movers.
When the movers arrived, I could tell this was a special team of individuals. John, Jerry, Steven, and CJ worked together like a well oiled machine. They completed loading the truck so quickly, I couldn't believe my eyes. When they delivered my belongings the next day, to a different state, they unloaded just as efficiently. Their consideration was touching. They took care not to stack the heavy book boxes too high, enabling me to unpack with ease. I would like to add that not one piece of furniture, glassware, or any item was damaged.
Throughout the entire process, they were respectful, friendly, and understanding. It was clear they know how stressful a move can be. I would recommend County Movers and John, Jerry, Steven, and CJ in a heartbeat.

We have used County Movers twice: to help move my parents and my in laws. Both times they have been excellent. Prompt, professional and courteous as well as efficient. Some pieces of furniture were very large, heavy and awkward and they did an excellent job. Extremely careful with their belongings. Would recommend them to anyone in the local area!

I recently had the pleasure of working with County Movers in Forest Hill, MD, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to the professionalism of their crew.

My husband and I were referred to County Movers by another local company who was not able to accomodate our dates. We could not have been more pleased! The crew that serviced us were AMAZING. It was a big move, requiring 2 days full and 3 full moving trucks and a van. The crew moved miscellaneous tools and items relating to a woodworking shop in addition to a full house full of furniture, boxes, etc.
The crew was courteous, respectful of my husband and myself as well as being very careful with our items. In addition they had amazing personalties, positive attidudes and good humor. We moved into a new construction home and they took extra pains to insure that they were not leaving muddy footprints or marks on the walls.
I would urge you to contact County Movers for all of your moving needs. They will not disappoint!

I used County Movers to pick up some furniture I bought at an estate sale and move it to another location. I worked with Pat to set up the move and get an estimate, which was reasonable. He gave me a time his team would be at the location and they were early. They were efficient and took care with the antique furniture. When they delivered them, they had just as much care and complimented me on the quality and beauty of the furniture. They were super caring and careful and really nice and pleasant to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you.
