I have been going to Diva for years and never had any complaints until today. The selected color is not anywhere close to the actual color. I even expressed how much I hate the color. I was told there was nothing the tech could do because he would have to take it all off and start from scratch and I would be there for too long. I even told him when he started with the dip process that the color looked very different. I was still charged the $45 + tip.

Not sanitary. Tools just rolling around in the manicurist desk drawer and lazily wiped with an alcohol cotton swab. Do not go here. Poor service as well, not even hand lotion at the end of my manicure. Out of date polish choices. Plenty of other clean, full service places to go to in the bel air area.

I get gel pedis on a regular basis here and I'm always happy with the outcome. I usually book same day, about 2 hours in advance and can always get in.

The staff was friendly but not too thrilled with my mani/pedi. One of my thumb nails is shiny the other is more matte - and my nails and toes are supposed to match - they clearly do not. The search for a good nail salon continues

The gentleman with two tigers eye rings. Thought it would be great idea to put his fingers in my face and then hit his own fingers. (In a shame on you way) because I wanted simple pedicure and manicure. He then continued to comment on the fact was not getting spa service and question my polish choice over and over again. I had the sad misfortune of coming to this location with a friend who said they did good work… it was a disgusting experience.Services: Nail painting
