We moved my mother into FHH in the fall of 2022. Susan Goad was very thorough and sensitive in walking me through the facility and explaining things. It’s extremely tough making this move for your parent and everyone there made it as smooth and easy as anyone could hope for during such a difficult phase. After being there for 8 months, I can confidently leave this very positive review for them. I honestly have not met one even remotely less-than-stellar worker there among the nurses, aides and dining/cleaning/maintenance/office/front desk staff. The enthusiasm and cheer and compassion from the folks there are limitless and so refreshing. They have so many activities and special events…even though my mother hardly participates in them yet, lol, I’m glad they are there when hopefully she’ll turn a page and open up a bit more to join in. I highly endorse this assisted living home.

My mom lived here for 3 1/2 years before she passed away from "old age". She loved the staff and often referred to them as "family". I couldn't have asked for a better place for my mom, as the staff is caring, kind and sweet to the residents. There are always plenty of activities to chose from, if you are bored "it's your own fault". The dinning room offers a variety of food choices and is delicious. My mom thought the world of the staff and loved to joke back and forth with the "girls" as she would call them! Thank you for taking such great care of my mom!

My Mom has been here for 1 1/2 years. The care and attention they give to her is wonderful (and although my Mom is very sweet and loving, she is not well and is very high maintenance.). The renovation to the facility is beautiful and very cheerful and bright, the rooms are nice and she loves the food. Knowing that she is in a safe environment surrounded by a great staff is comforting for my family. The ladies at the front desk, nurses, med techs, helpers, dining staff and management are always very pleasant and always ready to help!

My 93 year old mother moved here in December after a stint in rehab for a broken leg. I visited three assisted living facilities in Bel Air, but after visiting Forest Hill Heights, my decision was made immediately. I have never seen such a clean, bright, open facility. All of the staff are friendly, kind, and always courteous. My mother enjoys the food immensely. She was living on her own until she broke her leg. I know she wasn’t eating well at home. The menu changes daily, so there are plenty of options. My mother is really comfortable at Forest Hill Heights, and I am less worried about her now. It’s been a real weight off of my shoulders. I would highly recommend Forest Hill Heights.

They truly cared for my mom. The two years mom was there, I was at peace knowing that she was being watched by people who truly cared for her. Mom made a lot of friends among the residents and staff.

I have nothing but positive, wonderful things to say about Forest Hill Heights, LLC. FHH goes well beyond my initial goals - Is Mom safe? Is she well fed? Is she well cared for? Is she happy? You need to visit FHH to fully appreciate how pleasant all the staff is, how beautiful and state of the art the building and interior is, how excellent the food is. It truly amazes me how fulfilling life can be at FHH. The activities, church services, movies, games, trips, new friends, and the list goes on and on, are never ending. My mom has never had so many opportunities under one roof. Thank you, FHH, for taking such wonderful care of such a wonderful woman, my Mom.

My brother was here for 3 years.....they acted like they cared but after he spent all of his 401k they couldn't get him out fast enough. Calling me up one morning telling me that it's time for him to leave.....did they help me find a place for him? Hell no !!!!! I'm suppose to get him out ASAP.....still trying but with little help from the company that could take his money can't give me the time of day....

The facility is old and needs to be renovated but, has financial challenges. Management often not engaged and staff ratio very high for number of patients signficant turnover in medical care staffing as well. My mother has dementia and would be left sitting for hours at a time in the dining room for many hours. Elevator broke and was down for 4 days without repair. No camera surveillance either.
