Looked into renting a unit for my daughter and her husband and ended up meeting Irene. From the moment we spoke, she made the entire process clear and stress-free. She didn’t rush us or pressure us—she patiently walked us through every step, explained how everything worked, and genuinely listened to our concerns. What stood out most was her follow-up; she checked in a few days later not to push a sale, but to make sure we fully understood everything and had what we needed to make the right decision. By the time we left, we felt confident, heard, and genuinely taken care of. We knew our daughter would be in a safe, well-managed location—and that we made the right choice because of Irene. Absolutely outstanding service.

My mom visited the Belair/Forest Hill MD Public Storage location to make a payment for my unit in another state, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Irene was absolutely wonderful in her patience, professionalism, and incredibly helpful in quickly locating my account and making sure everything was handled smoothly.
The facility itself was spotless and well-maintained, which really stood out. The office area was clean, organized, and welcoming, and the whole process was fast and hassle-free. It’s clear that the staff here take pride in their work and in keeping the property in great condition.
Huge thanks to Irene for her kindness and efficiency. She truly made the whole experience stress-free! Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for friendly service and a clean, well-run facility.
