I placed a chicken order to be picked up at a specific time due to a personal commitment. However, when I arrived—30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time—the order was still not prepared. This completely defeats the purpose of scheduling a pickup time. If you can’t honor the time selected, it causes unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

I work at chipotle next door and come in a fair bit, nice location, employees are nice and out of all the “fast food gas stations” like wawa, sheetz or whatever, royal farms is the best in my opinion.

Well-designed place. Easy to access. Good gas at an attractive price. There is an option to pay by direct debit & obtain a price reduction.

Great food! Another good gas station near by. Parking. When you walk in you will see the kitchen and shelves of food. Not too expensive but a great pit stop for a vacation!

Just purchased two chicken tender meals and they were not fresh. This is what they advertise and specialize in. The western fries were not fresh either. This was at the Forrest Hill store in Harford County. I was very disappointed. It was 12:30 pm at lunch time.

Placed an order for fried chicken to be picked up for Easter dinner. Absolutely delicious. Waited a few minutes and was offered coffee while I waited. Was served hot wonderful chicken already plated. So worth the wait. Definitely worth the cost for the convenience. Very friendly team.

Quick & clean! This is one of the cleanest royal farms I have been to... and I've been to them all (.....almost)!!! You can always tell how clean a rofo is by taking a look in the Men's bathroom ? ...but this one passed the test ?! Plus it's 24 hours, unlike the other Rofo down the street ?!

The staff at the Forest Hill, MD ROFO are fantastic. Always a warm greeting. Always helpful. The store is spotless inside and out. Has become a neighborhood staple.
