Left home without my prescriptions. Thank goodness for Michael at the Forest Hill Walgreens. He took care of getting me what I needed! He has the best customer service skills!! As I waited, I observed Michael dealing with other customers. His kindness professionalism and empathy were amazing to witness!! He is an asset to Walgreens!!

I have been a customer at the Walgreens store in Forest Hill for many years and I've seen a lot of changes good and bad but I have to tell you the people they have there now or excellent they are fast whether you believe it or not they're very informative please please keep these people they are the Best of the Best.

Pharmacy is terrible! VJ in pharmacy was very rude about one of my prescriptions. I asked for pharmacy manager, was put on hold 3 times and then Brian came on the phone and defended VJ and said that he was under stress and a good guy. I called Corporate and asked them to investigate, awaiting a reply. Forest Hill won't allow me to pickup blood pressure medication, which I need. Very disappointed and will find another pharmacy! Avoid at all costs!

If I good give negative reviews I would. I along with several others we’re door dashing and it took to about four of us standing and asking where the pharmacy was and to pick up these pharmacy orders that we were told by the front that we could not pick up because the pharmacy was closed and not only is it on DoorDash for not keeping up with the fact that the pharmacy was closed but they were all spoken to was very rude very hateful and completely inappropriate when I could’ve been fixed by the store calling and telling DoorDash hey these are the close times please don’t allow any more orders and then someone at the front had said consecutively they keep sending people out here every weekend and we’re closed which begs the question how many people daylight come in here waste their time effort and money to the point where it’s causing upper now. Completely inappropriate in any setting.

I only go here for my prescriptions and I always wait when I can because I love looking around at all the things they sell. You can always find something you need at a good price here

This pharmacy almost never seems to have a pharmacist employed and on duty every time I stop during normal business hours. You'd think that would be a minimum requirement of running a pharmacy.
