I have been a Zumba Fitness Instructor in Harford County for 15 years and still enjoying instructing people in our community. My classes are easy to follow and are catered to different fitness levels. Because my classes are by sessions (6, 10 or 20) depending on the location, each participant increase the intensity of their workout in their own peace. Classes at Fallston Parks and Recreation are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15 pm. Classes at HCC are Wednesdays at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 9:45 am!
