We’ve returned our stackable washer & dryer over a month ago, witch we have on camera they picked up, informed them multiple times it has been picked up & basically now they are harassing my wife everyday by calling & asking about payment when they’ve been had the leased merchandise. Do not rent from them. After having the stackable it would even make noise & not work properly!

I just paid off my TV and like clock work it malfunctions and needs repaired. Called Aaron’s in Forestville MD, they told me they would pick up and send out of state to see if they could fix it. If they can’t fix it I’m out of luck. It could be a couple months before it get it back. No temporary replacement. I will not be buying anything from Aaron’s rental again. They do not support their merchandise or customers.

I can't wait to finish paying this company off . The harassing calls early in the morning is absurd. I would send the merchandise back , however I put too much money into it. But never again will I rent to own from this company

My recent experience with Aaron's customer service was incredibly disappointing and exacerbated my anxiety. The representative was unhelpful and dismissive. Their vague responses and lack of clarity only increased my stress, leaving me feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. The combination of poor service and ineffective communication significantly triggered my anxiety, making an already stressful situation even worse. I hope they improve their customer service to better support their customers, especially those already dealing with stress.

Good Afternoon,
Just wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences with Aarons. I have been consistently impressed with the quality of the furniture I’ve purchased. However, I have found the customer service aspect to be less satisfactory.
Specifically, I have encountered challenges with the phone representatives, who often seem to lack the courtesy and professionalism I would expect. On several occasions, I felt as though my inquiries were an inconvenience, rather than being met with a helpful and welcoming attitude. Additionally, when requesting information about speaking with a manager, the responses have been less than ideal.
As a customer, I believe that receiving attentive and respectful service is crucial. I hope my feedback can contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

I had a fantastic experience with Aaron's Rental in Forestville! When my product arrived, it was new and in perfect condition. During tough times, they were very understanding and worked with me. I highly recommend their services!

Paid to have a delivery scheduled for Tuesday, May 28th. Called the store to see what the status of the delivery is (at 7pm btw). Representative answered the phone and asked me to hold on, and I was hung up on after 1 minute. Tried to call back and no one answered. Been waiting for my delivery for 2 1/2 weeks. Not worth the hassle for flexible monthly payments. I almost want to cancel the whole thing

The furniture selection sucks. It's old people furniture. But the one amazing thing every time I come here is The Driver/PT that has been there for years!!! He is always so courteous and kind. He is really tall with dreadlocks I think his name is Mr. Matthews. Also the General Manager is super kind and very patient with his customers. I was impressed with how he politely speaks to his employees and how the employees seem to really respect him. If your looking for nice furniture or unique furniture at a decent cost THEN AARONS IS NOT FOR U. But if you want great customer service and can look pass the ugly furniture than This is the place for you!!!!

I would like to give them 0 stars so I made 1 or two on time payments then the ps4 system stopped working So I immediately reported it to the store the new bill came in while I was awaiting on what they could do so I called and asked about it if I’m still required to pay this month with a non useable product I was told that I did not have to make a payment then I was told someone was coming to look at it a month later no one called in reference to the issue I spoke to a managers several times and finally a Alicia called me and informed me they found a replacement but due to Covid it would be towards the end of the month when I could come pick it up meanwhile next bill comes in in between the new bill coming in I received several calls in reference to me making a payment I told them what I was told and they told me that associate would. Be reprimanded for telling me to disregard the payment I once again called and informed the store that once I have a product to pay for I would pay my monthly payments so all of a sudden I get a call from someone claiming to be the new district manager telling me to pay all Past due balances and then I can come pick up the new system I’m like that is not what I was told once again and also he stated he did not know why I was told they didn’t have any systems they have plenty I’m so confused I don’t know who to believe I still don’t have a system and I’m still not paying I have recorded conversations because these people are just telling me anything it seems I called to report the situation and was hung up on I’ve just sent an email awaiting a response please pray for me I wish I never even went to Aaron’s ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️

If you look up the word harassment in the dictionary their name and or logo is probably listed there. I had to block their number because they would call me and when I ignored the phone call (because I was at work) they hung up and kept calling and I had to add them to my filtered calls. if your payment is due on the first they will begin harassing you on the first and they will continue to harass you almost every day until you pay it. The living furniture I leased is falling apart. We take excellent care of it and it looks almost brand new Except for the upholstery pulling out where it is tacked to the frame and one of the handles for the recliner has come off.
