“Well, I am at a loss for words to describe how happy and grateful I am to be living in Parkland Village Apartments, all thanks to some special individuals who work there. Firstly, I have to thank God for creating someone like Ms. Xiomara (Parkland Village Office Manager); she is a blessing to this community. Ms. Xiomara is very professional, always smiling, and respectful to the residents. Because of how she treated me, I have recommended Parkland Village to my friends and coworkers who needed a place to call home. So, Ms. Xiomara, I want to thank you once again. Another staff member who has earned my respect is Ms. Pat Perkins Leasing Manager (Ms. Pat); she is also very professional and respectful. From the bottom of my heart, my son and I want to say a big thank you. Moved into Parkland Village last week, the process was straightforward and easy enough, the apartment is nice, and was a smooth move in. After finding the right unit I made my decision within 3 days following the walk through, applied in the office and was approved right away, provided the required documents the next day in person and scheduled a move in for the following week which went smoothly. So far so good, getting settled in and figuring out the area. Positives = convenient location easily accessible commuting distance with plenty around, unit was clean and updated, prime parking, quiet living. Staff are very friendly, Juan (Maintenance manager) is a professional, and a very knowledgeable person, I've noticed he keeps the buildings well-maintained. Amenities on the property are great, they even have a pet park and a playground area for kids. Maintenance requests are acted upon in a timely manner. Location is perfect for me and my friends; minutes from the grocery store is a plus. Overall I'm happy with the move. Negatives = The only thing is the parking pavement, it needs a new paint job. It's hard to find the Visitor spot at night and during the day. But overall I'm happy to be a resident of Parkland Village Apartments.”

“We had an absolutely outstanding experience visiting this landmark Apartments in College Park! Earlier that same day, my daughter and I had toured another apartment and were leaning toward it—but everything changed after we arrived here.

The apartments themselves are beautiful, spotless, and have such a great atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything, including restaurants and the university—which makes it even more appealing. On top of that, the community offers a wide range of amenities that really elevate the living experience.

Carol completely won us over. She gave an exceptional tour, spending plenty of time with us, really listening to what my daughter is looking for, and thoughtfully walking us through all the options. Her professionalism, polish, and genuine care stood out immediately—she made us feel informed, comfortable, and truly valued.

Ryan helped us complete the paperwork online. He guided us through the application and leasing website with patience and clarity, making the process smooth and stress-free.

“I’m a resident at 909 for 5 years I Iove it at 909 capital yards an the maintenance staff is great especially Mr. Cleveland he came to the building and got things done you put in a maintenance ticket for service request and it’s done in an hour not the next day but the same day can we please keep Mr. Cleveland he really gets the job done. “I have been living at Mosaic for about two weeks now and my experience has been great. I first visited the property in July and toured a unit with Danielle. She was thorough, allowed me to take my time during the tour and answered all of my questions.

The application process was simple and straightforward and I received an approval pretty fast. Prior to move-in, a comprehensive checklist was provided, making the process easy.

All of the ladies in the leasing office were very nice and accommodating to any needs I had on move in day. Again, very thorough and I barely had any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed afterwards. The unit has exceeded my expectations, the building is quiet and I’ve had no issues with parking. The grounds are kept nice and hallways are clean as well, which I really appreciate.

I feel like I made a great choice with Mosaic at Metro and would absolutely refer friends/family to inquire when in the market for a new home.”

During our visit to the community, Andrew listened closely to what we were looking for and showed us several great apartments that fit our needs. After our tour, he stayed in contact by email as several other units that appealed to us went on the market, and expertly answered our questions about them. Andrew also guided us through the application process once we found an apartment we loved and kept us updated throughout. Because of a change in our circumstances, we didn't ultimately move into the community, but I have only positive things to say about working with Andrew and the beautiful apartments at Monroe Street Market. When we first moved in, our unit needed several repairs, from a flooding dishwasher to a faulty water heater, and Ibrahim handled everything with professionalism and kindness. He was always responsive and made sure the work was done properly. The maintenance team was thorough and efficient, and thanks to their efforts our home is now in great shape. We really appreciate the care and attention they put into making sure everything was resolved.”

“After touring two terrible complexes just down the street, I stopped by The Everly with low expectations—and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of service, the community atmosphere, and the overall upkeep were all impressive. It was truly a night-and-day difference from my previous tours. Angelica was incredibly friendly and helpful while showing me around. The studio and one-bedroom units I viewed were beautiful, though they didn’t offer the closet space I needed.
