“Yes, my review is long. My experience went from bad, ugly to amazing. Gayle & Tim have turned my stay around. It took me a few months to write this review because I wanted it to be a true and honest review. Gayle and Tim came to my apartment 3 months ago and went through the entire apartment with me. They asked me what all the issue's were. Before they could even leave the apartment, they already had someone inside fixing things. Literally within 10 days, I had a brand new stove, a brand new toilet, and they put Quarter round around my entire apartment to stop mice from coming in. I can truly say that in 3 months, I have not seen one mice, my stove is lovely, and the toilet is not stopping up anymore. They have fixed all of my issues, and I am grateful.Yes, all of this shouldn't have taken that long, but it did. I'm just happy everything is almost perfect now. Thank you all!!!!Posted 3 months ago...1 star is not it. MORE LIKE A ZERO. I do want to say thank you to Tanesha. We did not get to see the apartment that we had chosen online yet, and we received a call saying that the apartment was ready. Before signing the paperwork, Tanesha allowed us to view the apartment. HORRIBLE!!!! They had roaches everywhere! All understand the sink and dishwasher. When Tanesha realized she immediately switched our apartment. Thank God! Since moving in on November 11th, it has been a nightmare. My stove does not work without me having to light it with a lighter, and that barely works. I was so scared to do such a thing, because it should be working. I've even burnt myself. So, on Thanksgiving, only one burner was working. HORRIBLE! I have mice throughout my apartment. They are living rent-free. Then it was so cold in my apartment. The unit said it was 76. It was more like 64. They had me sign a form with all my issues, and I had to turn it in within 7 days. After a month, no one came to fix anything. Finally, I got in touch with the manager on a Friday, and she said the engineer would be here on Monday and the pest person would be here on Tuesday. No one showed. I finally had to go to the office on the following friday and I was told that someone would be here Monday. An engineer came 30 minutes later. He looked at the stove, but it still wasn't working when he left. No one has been back since. It's been 2 weeks. Someone came and looked for holes for the rat. Found a huge hole and put down rat traps, and that's it. Then, one night, it was raining extremely hard, and my bedroom window was leaking tremendously. I called and spoke about every issue above and explained how nothing has been fixed since day 1. Then I spoke about the window. They put in a service ticket. The email stated that it would be completed by December 20th. Well, here we are, and it's December 26th. Couldn't even cook for Christmas. Now my toilet just overflowed and took long to fill up. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I have given them multiple chances to turn this around. But damn. I've been here for 46 days, and it's hell just to get things fixed. I deserve an explanation, things to be fixed and compensation.Update: they said someone would come today and no one came. Oh, by the way, it's been raining all day. Window still leak, stove still not working, mice living in the stove.... at this point, throw the whole apartment away. Literally, all I can do here is try to sleep. I can't cook, and I can barely sleep from hearing the rain dripping inside my apartment. If only we could post videos. Literally, I just took a 5 minute video of the mice coming in and out of my stove. Lol, who really lives here. At this point, put the mice on my application.”

“I applied here I really like Ms.Pam if you speak to her she’s very sweet nice lady. I wasn’t sure who was the other lady who works with her she’s very nice to if i had needed help she offered me help their staff is very friendly. We need more people like them. ❤️”

“My husband and I were looking for an apartment for our new family. We were absolutely drawn to 909 for the size of the apartments. They are SOO much bigger than other places we've looked. After we got the video of the apartment, I called them and LET ME TELL YOU!! Brittany was absolutely phenomenal and super knowledgeable on the phone. She was very thorough and answered every question I threw her way. 909 is so lucky to have her! Unfortunately the price was a little out of our budget :( but we'll definitely keep this place in mind. THANK YOU BRITTANY!! Hopefully the next place we move to will have staff as sweet as her.”

“I am a tenant at the Press House located at 331 N. NE, Washington, DC. I have been here two years now and let me convey to you the wonderful job Marvin is doing.He always takes the time out to help the residents here at the Press House, especially the elderly and disable. In so much he goes beyond his duties to see if you are well taken care of as a resident at the Press House.No matter what he is doing he seems to assist you with any problem or issue you have. Moreover he has great patience and concern.He is a big cornerstone that makes the day to day operations here at the Press House run smoothly and efficiently. “Have nothing but great things to say about the apartment complex, facilities, and leasing team at The Chase. We had our tour last year with Jonathan. He’s truly one of the best. He was very patient, knowledgable, enthusiastic, professional, and just an overall asset to the leasing team. He made our tour enjoyable and ultimately led to us signing and being here almost 2 years now. The building is convenient due to the metro being literally at your front door step giving you access to the city and all it has to offer. The market downstairs is phenomenal with many food and drink options. The Alamo theater is down the block which is also a plus if you are a movie goer. There’s a nice walking trail that leads to a few breweries in the case you wanted to go for a jog/walk and catch a craft beer on your way back. Overall The Chase is a great place with all the convenience one could ask for.”

“Pure joy since moving to Aspire Apollo! My move in experience was incredible. I needed to find a safe and comfortable apartment and was able to move in under a week. My unit was clean and clean everything works perfectly!I love the vivid colors around the building my unit is so spacious! I love my spacious closets and the view of the courtyard pool makes me feel like I live on a resort.So far I’ve only had to put one maintenance request in as I clogged my tub. I put my request in at 11pm and maintenance was there in the morning. I expected to wait a few days as my unit has 2 full bathrooms but I didn’t even have to wait 12 hours. I love it here!”

“I really enjoy staying at Studio 3807. The leasing agents are caring, my neighbors are really kind, and the maintenance team keeps the property nice and resolves issues quickly. Recently I had an issue with my heater and they came ASAP to work on it. They communicated with me the entire time and then checked the next day to make sure that it was truly fixed. I really appreciate the work that all staff do to make sure that property is well taken care and residents are happy.”

They are very quick to respond to take care of your concerns. They continue to work hard on treating the tenants like they would one of there own family members . “I currently live at Kenilworth Towers and have been here for 7yrs. The apartments are very big and cozy. I’m on the 6th floor and at night it’s very peaceful. The walls are concrete so you don’t hear noise. Marquita Resident Manager and her Maintenance Team are top rated. Call in a request maintenance is at your door. Never no major issues. My balcony faces the pool so at night when the pool lights are on the view is beautiful. Most importantly no mice, roaches or bugs. Only problem is car theft’s would like to see cameras added and daily night security. In the East building The laundry machine to add money on your card has not worked for maybe over a year have to go to the West building to add money which is a inconvenience. Your Air and heat is controlled by property so living on the top floor it can get very hot if the air has not been turned on yet but for the 7yrs. I’ve been here each year it’s get better with air being turned on earlier then the year before. Residents are nice and friendly. With that being said Kenilworth Towers gets 5 stars from me .”

“So I’ve been living in my property for about 5 years mainly because of the convenience it offers! The metro is across the street and Trader Joe’s is literally a 90 second walk! Not to mention if I have any issue, I’ll just ring downstairs and ask for Sequoya because I know whatever I need will be handled with care and privacy! Lord bless the day I move because I won’t have her to call anymore!”

“This new office team is AMAZING!!! I can't begin to express how much a change they collectively bring to the property. The customer service when you enter the office, is always welcoming with smiles from Destiny & Blake when sharing concerns all three listen. The respect and care to the residents that I have witness from Cherish the manager. She has shared programs and resources to assist all. She also follows up on tardiness of maintenance orders. Unfortunately the maintenance complains publicly in front me about management team and contractors work done in the units. I hope the changes soon.”

“I’ve honestly loved living here! Its by far the coolest, most unique apartment building I’ve ever seen. Whenever I host, my guests always gush over the building and our apartment. I love all the common spaces, especially the basement (The Cellar). The building is a little out of the way but having a Mom’s close by + Bikeshare bikes hasn’t stopped me from getting around the city.”

“I have been living in Park Ritche Apartment building for the past four years. The community is awesome and this area is very conveinent and close to Silver Spring, downtown and DC for shopping and other needs you need for.Above all, Services in maintaining the building, like fixing elevator issue, parking lots, Hydrants , ACs and so on is getting way improved since Mis Leda took over the management and Juliana( sorry if I misspell her name) come into front desk services. Juliana takes her time to listen if I have any concern in my apartment and places a ticket for the same day service and she makes sure it is completed as requested. I would like to take this time to say THANK YOU! YOUR CONTRIBUTION FOR THIS COMMUNITY TO BE LOVABLE IS SO HUGE! Please keep up the good work!!To the entire community, we live together as a big family in this apartment so do your part and help this community and the management to make Park Ritche apartment to be the best for the residents and for Southern management to recognize it as the best apartment in the chain.Thank you!”

“Wow where do I start.I was sad to go but my living experience with Novo was awesome for the 4+ years I stayed there. Just wanna shout to Mr. Greg for being diligent ias a owner and great person overall.Any and all concerns and issues if any were always addresses in a professional and timely manner. I also wanna shout out to Miss Gina Hodges for her 5 stars plus professionalism in a areas. This is definitely the go to lady for everything. She helped me so much while living at Novo Properties.5 stars definitely for professionalism and courteouseness. She's a dynamite property manager who goes above and beyond to be of assistance to the residents.I will miss being at Novo Properties as I stayed 4+ years and it was great.
