Absolutely the worst establishment , the store is always closed and never available to the public AT&T please shut this location down , they don’t want to help any one and they just send you to another AT&T , also the representative dominisha brown has a very bad attitude towards helping customers , she talks entirely tooo much , doesn’t stay on topic of AT&T ,

You need air. It it totally unfair and inhumane to have staff and customers in a store using fans you her in place to dry up water from a flood that happened last year. The staff is working hard and deserve better. It's disgusting that you would ask about the service she provided when the conditions of the store and temperature are the worst part of the experience. Fix your business up and quality and traffic will improve.

This store can never help you with nothing . This the 2nd time I went there and they was not able to help . Why are they even open if they constantly have issues .

Was Greeted by Domo upon walking into The store
It was less than a minute for me to be waited on Domo help me with everything I needed. I left satisfied with my new phone and setup. She has great customer service.

I have been with AT&T for 2yrs and it never seem to amaze me the high quality of service I receive at the Forestville location on Donnell Dr
Ms Tarena is a new member there but her level of attention to detail and effort she place in assuring to accomplishing total satisfaction for each customer including myself was a beautiful slight to see. Thank you so much Ms. Tarena !!!

DOMO was the only associate in the store. I arrived at 10 first customer.
This young lady deserves a raise and a promotion! I was so impressed with her. She was very polite, informative, knowledgeable and communicated very well. She was alone and there were other customers besides me. She did her best to help everyone and still be very attentive to me. I really don't know how she does this. My problem was very complicated and she didn't give up. She continued to try things until all my issues were resolved. I haven't had customer service this fantastic in a long time! DOMO deserves to be highly praised!
