I came in just to look around the store manger Winter talked me into upgrading my device and giving me a discount since I work for the school system. She was very polite and made she all my data was transferred. I will be back to this location. Very knowledgeable and exceptional customer service

I was having an extremely frustrating day and I can truly say my experience here at the forestville AT&T completely turned it around! My goal was to add a phone line for my grandmother and Winter made this so easy and smooth that I can’t put it to words! My grandma was even super impressed with how polite, quick, and friendly winter was! 10 star service! This will be our forever AT&T, thank you for everything!

GHETTO!!! Took ATLEAST 7mins before I was acknowledged because one of the other worker (black male with dreads), was having a WHOLE side conversations with his back turned towards the customer, the cashier (Winter) didn’t acknowledge me until AFTER the other coworker couldn’t do a payment, I could’ve been a mystery shopper and guess what.. that store would’ve FAILED within seconds. I guess finding mediocre people you get mediocre work.

Was not satisfied with this first time store visit. Agent seemed more occupied with what was on his mobile device then the customer(me). When asked questions I needed answered to he hurried and referred me back to the customer service line. Oh well it is what it is. Boost mobile agents test who I with better customer service for 30.00 lines verses AT&T when bill is 400.00. Looking for a new service this year

I thought I saw a TV advertisement that wasn't all true for the Fliz 4 phone. The representative in store deviated telling me after I paid the taxes for the phone on pre-order.
