They had nothing for girls. It was clean but I'll never go back. It was a pointless visit. Security guard at the front was very nice.

Checkout takes forever at Burlington. I am not sure why I come here sometimes. They have great prices but the lines are crazy. I have stood in line for over an hour at Burlington before. Hire more people to work the registers please.

This place never ever has enough cashiers. There's no sense of getting the customer out quickly. They chat and take their time. Not professional at all.

You can find bargains if you look. It just may not be available when you go. Tjere has been added security due to theft issues.

There is only one cashier for a line I stood in for over 20 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that she was too busy to address customer concerns. The cashier on duty was polite but extremely over worked. Worst purchasing experience ever!!!!

Unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse...they should close because customers can't even use the bathroom (where have you seen a store like this not letting customers use the bathroom, the authorities should do something) few employees, huge queue, just one cashier...priceless goods ….a disappointment….

Update to previous review. The quality of the store has gotten a little better. I mostly just come for the decorations and things like that. There’s always a really long line and like 1 or 2 registers open. You would think the manager would open up a register but no, he’s hanging clothes, despite numerous people complaining.
This puts me in the mind of a thrift store. Stuff anywhere and everywhere, disorganized, wrong sizes on the hangers, very low quality clothing. This Burlington needs new management ASAP. I mean, just ridiculous!!!! I wish I’d taken pictures but I left out of there too fast. I have just never been to a Burlington this terrible.
