I prepaid for my prescriptions before coming in attempting to speed up my service, however, even though there were three pharmacy technicians and the pharmacist working, I had to wait approximately five minutes before even being acknowledged! Unacceptable and very poor customer service. . .

I’ve been a member of The Joint Bradlee for a few months now. I’m highly satisfied with the care and service I’ve received thus far. I normally walk in with some kind of pain or discomfort. When I walk out everything is gone. No more pain. No more discomfort. Dr. Ward and Dr. Armstrong are my favorites and AMAZING!! Meron at the front desk is the sweetest!

Service horrible they take forever and to top of all their racist with Hispanic people which it’s wrong. But it’s fine if this place can’t be customer service friendly then why work at the pharmacist. Horrible service rude people

The store manager is very disrespectful. The other manager tried to make excuses for her unsavory customer service skills which she seriously lacks. I said I had a package and they couldn't find it because they thought it was a UPS package. She insisted that I was wrong because I didn't specify the term correctly. I didn't know that this location was used by UPS as a drop-off location because I'm new to the area. Why did she start laughing like we're in the streets somewhere as she walked away. Listen, this is the 3rd time that I have been disrespected in this store and for her to be the store manager is absolutely ridiculous. She needs to be retrained and take her job seriously. As for the other manager that was with her she also needs to be retrained in customer service. I won't spend another dime in this store. The young man who was helping me did an amazing job and he needs to be recognized for his kindness. The question should've been is it for UPS or an online order? Not belittle or shame the customer. Then become argumentative.

The worst pharmacy. Go elsewhere. Bad customer service. I had to comeback 3x before my prescription was filled. 1st time - I was told my doctor didn’t send scrip. To confirm, I called my doctor (while in store) and he confirmed scrip was sent and the pharmacist needed to check their voicemail. Note: I literally had to tell them to check their messages. Then I was told meds will be ready in 1-hour. 2nd time- returned 1-hour later to pick up meds and told they where closed for lunch and will reopen at 2pm. 3rd time- returned to dry and snappy customer service but finally received my meds. Good Lord…Never again! Go elsewhere.

This CVS has nice security guards and the staff have always been cordial to talk to. Unfortunately, they must get a lot of petty theft from patrons because so man lotions and deodorants are kept locked up. Maybe with the money they save they should hire more staff to help unlock because it’s not a very pleasant shopping experience to have to wait for a staff member to access personal hygiene products. I enjoy this pharmacy/cvs combo because it’s easier to get in and out of with its own traffic light than the target cvs across the street where you can’t turn left as you exit the shop.

This 5 stars is for the pharmacist Kenny who kept me informed about benefits that are available to me, which he definitely did not have to do. I’m a person who will live off daily medication for the rest of my life, which comes with a life long financial obligation. Kenny gave me information to resources that brought down my prescription to zero dollars from $65!! How he managed to maintain his patience and passion to help others in one of the busiest CVS pharmacies I’ve ever been to is mind blowing. If you’re in the area Kenny is a good guy. Yes the lines here get bad and I can see it’s a struggle at times, but this guy is putting in the work. Thank you Kenny.

The service here is horrible, not only did i call before arriving, but they told me it would take over 2+ hours to have my refill ready. I never had a refill take so long. I come about 45 mins after they said it would be ready, just for the entire pharmacy to be on break from 1pm to 2pm. This isn't the first time I had this experience with this location. The cvs inside of target is better & faster.

This CVS store offers a variety of household items, beauty and health items, a few groceries items, photo printing, a drive-thru Pharmacy and a parking lot. The shelves were pretty much stocked and the store was clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

This CVS store has the worst customer service ever, the girl working the drive thru for covid testing on May 28th 2022 at 2:30pm latina descent has the nastiest attitude. She refused to give me her store managers name. She needs to be retrained or terminated due to her attitude toward cvs customers, I had never taken a covid test before and she acted as though she was gonna die if she helped me with the testing. I barely shop there and from this experience I will not visit again.

This has to be the WORST Cvs I have ever been to! The pharmacy is the WORST! I came to the drive thru at 8:53AM they opened at 9:00am. I sat in this line for almost 15 mins before being helped! As they were opening up which should have been done before 9:00am the workers walked passed the window! A worker came out by the name of "CARLA". She walked past my car to put ICE packs in the Covid drop box. She did not greet me or say "someone will be with you shortly". As I greeted her she ignored me until I had to get ignorant with her to get a response and when I asked will someone help me she replied "I sure hope so" and rolled her eyes! When I asked did she work here she in returned to me I'm putting ice in her you going have to wait! Her ATTITUDE was "NASTY AS HELL". I had to press the call button while the WINDOW AND workers are standing there outside and inside! The customer service at this cvs is horrible and I would never in my life return here! One apple can spoil it for the whole bunch! I do not understand how she is in customer service! God bless that store because they will continue to lose customers with the attitudes.

The pharmacy staff is ghetto and act like they don't want to wait on customers. They have personal conversations use their personal Al phones and discuss what they did over the weekend while customers stand there without being greeted and when you are greeted it is with attitude. Tonight the manager Kenneth actually laughed while one of his employees yelled at me and had a whole argument without stopping it. That's the problem the management he acted liked he was scared of her or something. No customer should ever have to deal with this and I refuse to.

Rudest pharmacy staff I’ve ever encountered. I called to check the status of my prescription and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Fine. Someone finally picked up, said hello and before I could even respond they hung up on me! I called pack waited another 10 minutes and was connected to another pharmacy tech who told me it was ready and before I could even ask what time they closed she hung on me immediately after saying “it’s ready for pick up, click” Disgusting service from rude, unmotivated employees.

Need a Covid shot? Save yourself! Go elsewhere!! Never seen anything like this. It’s literally like 8 ppl in the Pharmacy. Sitting here waiting for my booster shot at 3:28. Had a 3:00 appt. They said there was 1 person ahead of me. That person got his shot, then the pharmacist who administered it went back to refill prescriptions. 4 of these 8 ppl are just standing around. If they were all busy I’d understand why I’m being told TJ wait. Only 1 person is at the register so there’s also a long line. 1 person is at the vaccine check in. Finally! My turn! 3:32. Ugh and yay!
