This past Saturday I took my pup to this CVS (next to the Walgreens) for shots. Amazing experience. On the other hand, after finishing with my pup, I entered this CVS to get a Dr. Pepper, spicy queso cheese ritz crackers and wipes around 3:35pm (hopefully what I purchased and around the time will help you coach the team member). There was a lady struggling with self checkout. She didn’t speak English and what she was purchasing needed a date of birth entered to proceed to the payment screen. The team member (male, light skinned, tall, w/dread locs) was VERY VERY RUDE to the lady who didn’t understand what to do. I am so glad she didn’t understand him because it upset me to my core. I can only image how she would’ve felt. Instead of helping her, he laughed and kept saying “I don’t know what you/she wants me to do. I don’t speak Spanish.” “I don’t understand her/you.” (Speaking to other customers/other team members and her in a very condescending mean way.) Over and over again he repeatedly laughed like it was it funny. It was not! I completed my purchase and waved for the lady to come over to self checkout so that I could help her. I do not speak Spanish either BUT I also work in customer service (I’m a General Manager) and we often use Google Translate (or ask a customer in line who speaks Spanish) to communicate with our customers with language barriers. So that’s what I did. No app needed, just Google. I communicated to her through Google Translate why she couldn’t proceed to the payment screen. And she communicated back through Google Translate. She pulled her ID card out and I helped her enter her DOB so that she could checkout and continue on with her day. CVS, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE coach this TM. It was so disheartening seeing how this lady was treated. She looked so sad and helpless and was only trying to purchase medicine for a reason. We live in a world where you never know what someone is going through. That lady needed some grace shown that day and that TM did not do that. We take a job in customer service to serve ALL customers, not just the ones we can understand. He missed the mark big time with this customer. I am a frequent shopper at this location. I’ll be keeping and eye and ear out for this team member when I stop in to this location. Please do better sir.

Doctor called to set up a prescription and verify that the pharmacy had all of the medications that the doctor prescribed. And when i arrived the pharmacy did not have any of the medications but had to send me to a different cvs pharmacy and that one also did not have all of the medications in the prescription. This had made me lose all confidence in all CVS Pharmacies.

I have been coming to this CVS for years and it is in the worst state it has ever been in during the last year or so. Everything is locked up in cases which I understand due to the crime in the neighborhood. It's such a hassle trying to get assistance with items in the cases. There's always a 10 minute wait or longer. But the main problem is the employee, a Hispanic woman, that works at this location at the front of the store who always has an attitude every time she is called to open up a case. I've been to the store three times now while she is working and she is not pleasant at all to deal with! I asked was she the manager and she told me no but she has the keys to everything. The first time I thought maybe she was having a bad day but every encounter with her is a bad day. I've seen her be rude to other customers as well. It's annoying.

Check your prescription before you leave. I was shorted 10 pills. I went back, the gentleman was very kind. I was told to come back tomorrow. The line moves very fast, everything is good there, just count the pills before you leave. I will update this review with what happened. UPDATE: Had the 10 pills waiting for me when I showed up. Changing from 1 star to 5.

It really depends on who's working in the Pharmacy when it comes to customer care. The female pharmacist team are slow but they are pleasant and accurate. The male pharmacist team, especially the Hispanic pharm tech eas on her phone when I walked up to the desk, shouted to repeat my name when I spelled it 3 times and the male pharmacist couldn't read the computer screen correctly when I asked him to discontinue meds.

CVS 7012 Malboro Pike is awful. When going to the drive through the pharmacy techs made me wait 20 minutes and I was the only one there at the window. The Teck was extremely unprofessional and arrogant as if she was doing me a favor. Also when speaking to me she had a very harsh tone and no consideration for me at all. She was of African descent. Why do they need drive through when it’s clear that they really don’t care about their job or the customers. This is outrageous. Now I see why the turnover rate is so high. They need to close that store down.

Many of the items that I wanted to purchase were behind lock and key and I know that someone would’ve come to assist me to get them. However there were so many items in different areas, it wasn’t worth the trouble. So I left without them. I know that there is a problem with people stealing certain items, of course it had to be the ones that I wanted. It’s got to be a better way to prevent theft and to afford customers the ability to purchase what they require without a lot of unnecessary time and effort

Today an employee of Spanish decent a woman with a tattoo on her neck looks like a butterfly or flower was being very rude to my wife when she asked if a certain item is on the shelf the Spanish woman seemed as if she don’t want to help with a mean obnoxious face but I said nothing so afterwards we went to the self check out and there were no bags and no one was at the front so I had to call one of two employees to assist us at the front for a bag and I’m telling my wife there two workers in here and it seems as if they don’t care and then the woman of Spanish decent hear me say that and gave me attitude and that’s where an argument started because I’m talking to my wife about the CVS employees then her partner who she works with engaged and told my wife and I that I was threatening and he’s going to call the police because I complained about his fellow employee saying it’s a woman well that woman was rude to my wife and she deserves to lose her job I was gonna call the police sheriff myself I have his direct number for them and then they would be very embarrassed after that I’m so tired of people here acting like they can do whatever they want your at work help the people no matter the color no matter what they look like this is a super complaint
