I'm a regular at the Dollar Tree on 3014 Donnell Drive in Forestville, MD, and consistently experience poor customer service from the manager, Donika. She is disrespectful to employees and rude to customers, prompting me to consider shopping elsewhere. Donika often bad-mouths staff, ignores long lines, and responds sarcastically to questions, deterring many customers. I urge the corporate office to address this, as most cashiers work hard and deserve better leadership. I hope for improvements soon for everyone's benefit.

Very poor customer service. Asked saleswoman where tape was she told me I didn't walk the store very well. I responded by saying I'm asking you, don't you work here. Then she says she was playing, but I got an attitude, go find it myself. I asked another lady, she pointed it right out. I guess her personal conversation was more important than me. I will tell everyone I know stay away from this store. I refuse to be disrespected spending my hard earned money,

So this is my favorite Dollar Tree in the area, they are usually always fully stocked. Lately the lines have been extremely long could be staffing issues. But the only reason I am writing a review is because of Tamika. If you go there in the morning you will be greeted by her warmth and care. Even though the line was long this morning, once I realized she was the cashier, my attitude subsided ?. She always takes care of the customer, she should teach classes about customer service

I visited this store December 10, 2023 to buy some cards! I found what I needed but the cards definitely need restocking. Somebody please hire some “ card store merchandisers” soon! The lines were long. The team members were working as hard and fast as they could. I will go back because it’s close by. Plus there is plenty of parking and generally this location is well stocked on most things that I like!

The store in Forestville used to be my favorite Dollar Tree until recently. The shelves were not stocked, the store was unclean and unorganized, and it looks like they have some new staff. I miss the older ladies staff who greeted you when you came in, was fast on the register, and they took pride in keeping the Forestville store stocked, clean, and customer friendly.

This Dollar Tree is my place to go. I can always find the things I need. If you don't see it, all you have to do is ask. The staff are always willing to direct you. Each time I visit the staff are like "Busy little Bees". Cleaning items are my preferred choices, Room Freshners, and Carpet freshners. I always get caught up in the housewares isle as well. I spend at least $30.00 for all my items.

Most organized Dollar Tree I’ve seen IN LIFE between PG County and NYC. Kudos to being clean organized and well staffed with friendly employees. Whoever runs this ship needs to manage the region.
