Don't even think of ordering anything requiring delivery from this unmanaged company. I order two components. First they tried to deliver one without the other which is a non-starter. Then for a week they send a message late in the day saying delivery will be in the morning and no one shows. Late in the morning they then say delivery in the afternoon. All by computer bots with no one answering the ;phone at the delivery firm. Today the sales person finally got through and they said they still do not have the seconds piece of the order.

My stylist Maneka has always been great, however, JC Penny didn’t open on time, so we had to wait for the individuals that had the ? to arrive and open the store. I know JC penny is corporate white but here’s a message edge control is an essential in the black community, your in the Forestville, MD running a salon without edge control! It’s always been lacking this or that and it’s usually not enough of something ?. I support the my stylist as well as the other ladies, but not the way the shop is being managed.I will NOT spend another $ here, I shouldn’t have to bring my own products and still pay.

Not what it used to be. It has been years since I last came to this location, and it is not the same. The clothing brands are different. I was looking for sephora, and Google maps said there was on inside JCPenney. To my surprise it is no longer there.Good customer service, though.

Do not shop here. I've been trying to get a refund on an item i never got for three months. They don't answer the phone, manager never calls back like they say she will, the worst, most incompetent employees ever.

Had to return and pickup some items at customer service, waited for half an hour to get waited on. Pretty much the story in every part of the store yesterday - very tiresome and draining. ☹️??

I'm a shopper...but the deals...are amazing!! I miss the Head Stylist and Manager/Master Stylist LaShawn...She was amazing there and personable..easy to talk to. Ba'sheba is pretty good too, (JCPenny Salon btw)she does my sister hair (it's cut short) My sister hair always looks good when she comes back. Try Ba'sheba...if u rock a short cut, I've never been to her but my sister hair still looks good even when just a treatment and wash/conditioner and curl...? I may try her in Spring 2024 God-willing.

I went to the make-up counter and Angel was very helpful; she was very knowledgeable about the products so I'll be back to see her. I hope they get more foot traffic. I love the price point for my budget.

Blind customer: I love shopping at the store. I no longer shop in store because there doesn’t seem to be enough staff moving around to ask for assistance. When I do ask for assistance, staff are kind and patient. I have learned to navigate the store, using my cane, and I’m able to get to desired departments. I mostly shop on the website, but visit the store to make any returns or exchanges.

Angel was very help in JCPenney beauty I came for Sephora but was introduced to new brands from thirteen lune. She even help me get an approved credit card . Her customer service was amazing ! Thank you Angel I will be back !
