I took my 2013 Lincoln MKX SUV in for a rear brake check service for an unscheduled appointment. They inspected the vehicle within an hour and thoroughly explained the many repair service recommendations. Ivan and Malik were particularly honest, straightforwar, kind, and empathetic to my need to get on the highway and drive 8 hours for a family service. I truly appreciate their prompt attention, courte demeanor, and clear guidance on maintaining my ride. As for price, the cost was fair and the clarity offered to explain what was needed and why made the bill understandable

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I walk in and wasn't greeted by anyone. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes a older black lady came in and asked what I needed. She didn't greet me at all. I asked her about the 3 for 1 deal and she said I have to pick my tires. I told her I needed some insight and if there is anyone I can talk to who can explain the pricing. She said nothing and just went in the back. I was waiting for another 15 minutes as I watched her and 2 other black men sit in the back on their computers talking big amongst each other. After using the bathroom I came out and asked one of the workers if I'm waiting for anything. He nodded yes. After a longer wait and none informing me exactly on what I'm waiting for the lady came back out and gave me a paper with the price of the tires. I asked what type of tires these were and she couldn't ask: the manager comes from behind the back and asked me what I need. I said "hello" and he said nothing. Just very rude sad. I was never greeted or made to feel welcomed. Do not go here! The staff looked lazy like they didn't want to work: the only one working was a Hispanic man.

The only place in D.C. that I would ever take my car to. There is no substitute for people who know what they are doing and will not take advantage of you. If you want real assessment of your car by pros who don't want to rip you off...come here. Period.

Don’t go here they are VERY unprofessional, the manger didn’t know how to manage his staff and they walked out while he was suppose to do my oil change. Would not recommend them for anything.

When to get my control arm replaced and had to get a new sway bar and links replaced and my car is still making the same noise. I will never use there services ever and encourage anyone thinking about it don't you will end up spending more money. I'd rather take my chances using the guy in the auto zone parking lot. Worst customer service ever . I went for an oil change & the guy at the counter said they was too busy . He said i had several cars in front of you . I then asked if i can come back later because i know an oil change do not take long . He then say we dont take appointments and we are busy . Its 7:30am and Midas closes at 5pm . He didn't even offer an alternative time or day. I went next door to Jiffy Lube and i had the BEST customer service.

My mother paid $75 for an oil change & diagnostic test. She was told that she needed a new timing chain that'll cost $2,000. She took it to my mechanic 2 weeks later for an unrelated issue only to find there was no oil in her car & there was nothing wrong with her timing chain. Midas will never get our service every again. If you're a woman take a man with you or check behind them. Better yet...DON'T GO! It's deceiving business practices.Service: Oil change

This store is pathetic and they misrepresent (LIE) about their services. My invoice stated I got a dye test for A/C check. Before I took it in, I stated that my A/C was not working and it had freon but it leaked out. That was the trouble I reported. When I got my car back from Midas, it was blowing cool air. Friendly service at front counter from Mr. Ivan. I came in on an earlier occasion but do to my schedule could not stay, when I came in he remembered me from my previous visit. They were able to get me in rather quickly and completed the work I needed. They took extra care to put my old parts in the truck bed (warranty purposes). They installed a catalytic converter which required the transfer of a O2 sensor. The work came with a vehicle service inspection. They made some good discoveries and did not try to up-sale me on the work. They simply made me aware with a documented report. Very pleased with the work, environment and customer service. I will return for future work .
