I tried another store in a different area because I’ve had issues with getting help since my arm is injured: i was at the self checkout and asked the woman (an older woman with glasses) if she could help me scan my soda. She said “nah, you gonna have to pick it up.” That’s crazy. My arm is literally in a sling and all. I tried Instacart and the shoppers swear nothing is at the store so i have no other choice but to go myself. Please hire people who want to be at work. To have all of these older people here as well is crazy. There’s no reason why i have to complain about not getting proper customer service.

I brought chicken from this location the chicken smelled funny i cleaned the chicken the smelled was gone. When I was done cooking it the chicken taste so sour and bad. I felt sick i check the package the sell by date was 11/17. So why did the chicken smell and taste so bad.

The training at Shoppers must really be bad. I just got this cheese from the deli and requested one pound at a #4 Slice and then one pound at a #3 slice. I know better now to request maybe #2 to get a real #3. They have the chart at the deli.
This is so sad. There was no one in line so the young lady didn't have to rush. I was not rushing her. More training is needed by management to provide better customer service.
The Seafood gentleman and all guys back there are always good. Even when busy. They provide great customer service and are helpful.

I will never ever shop at this shopper location die to the fact I got off from work and purchase something from my job when ai enter the door at shoppers the security guard walk up to me and ask to check my bag before I go in the store there was several other people that was behind me he did not ask to check their bags As a value customer I spend $200 to $400 dollars a week for groceries at that location Iwill not shop there anymore and I will contact corporate office to pursue further action

Everytime I Come For A Bag Of Salad I Can Never Get One, All The Salads Are Already Going Bad Due To Sitting Out To Long Before Being Placed On Display This Is Super Annoying. Its Both Locations In The Area. Literally Can Never Win. Today It Was Literally A Cart Just Sitting Waiting To Be Stocked Going Bad.

The store is clean and the fresh vegetables are eye appealing. The butchers are helpful and friendly. Lastly, the cashiers are personable and knowledgeable.
