“Excellent work, highly recommend!
My Tesla needed 3 different pieces of glass replaced, due to debris falling on top of vehicle while driving. Along with the chrome trim being damaged.
It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.
Looks like the damage never happened!!

“Can not say enough good things about this business. From the first phone call until the job was done everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I really have no complaints. Went in to have a spoiler fixed on my Toyota after it was damaged in a parking accident. Was given an appointment, met a representative there and he texted me throughout the process with updates on when the part arrived etc. When it came time to get it fixed, the whole thing was done within 30 minutes. No extra charges, no sale person trying to get me to buy something I didn't need and, most importantly, they treated me like I mattered. Highly recommend this DC business.”

“I had a really good experience with Recovery 1 Towing today. I was unfortunately broke down in DC and had to be towed all the way to Baltimore. To start, the service was excellent and the pricing, competitive. Malachi, my driver, was super professional and very personable. He updated me constantly on his whereabouts before his arrival, and once on call, proceeded to quickly get me across town. You can tell these guys are all about good business. “We had an incident today where my daughters car had to be towed. I called and didnt get an answer. 2 minutes later they called back and i was told that one of their drivers would call soon to schedule a tow. Within 2 minutes he called. Within an hour he was there at the location. He had the car up and on the bed within 5 minutes and dropped off at the requested location AND send pics of proof. I must say that dealing with some companies you expect 3 stars or less.....but i was pleasantly surprised. I will be saving this companies info in my phone.....hoping not having to use it but if I have to, they will be the one I call for sure.”
