“Dogs and Cats Emergency & Specialty took great care of my cat, who was first there for an emergency and then needed a preventative surgery. The doctors called me daily (and sometimes twice a day) to update me on my cat’s status during his stay. They also sent doctors’ notes daily to me and our regular vet via email, even without me asking them to do so. They were also clear upfront on what the total cost might be. And even after a discharge, a staff sent a follow-up email to check how my cat’s doing. Overall, I had a great experience, and I think my cat did too, considering the circumstances. I would recommend this place to other pet owners.”

“It was our first visit here. Our dog's back legs suddenly gave out. They triaged him immediately upon arrival but then there was a 6-8hr wait to see the doctor .Yikes. We stayed and made the best of the situation. They gave him meds to keep him comfortable. I sent my son to the store to get a crate as our dog would not endure sitting there for several hours in my lap. Finally got in with the doctor and was given our options on how to take care of our dog. Over all a good experience, just didn't like how long it took”
“I decided to try another vet due to costs and customer service and I am so glad I did. Incredibly friendly staff and reasonable prices. The veterinarian took the time to explain issues and possible scenarios. My dogs are old and require more care. I’ll definitely be bringing my dogs back.”
“The vet and the assistant were kind and knowledgeable, taking good care of my cat. Prices were higher than I expected(maybe it is average in this town), and they recommend all the expensive vaccines. But they explained my options and asked permission before doing anything.”

“Highly recommend VCA Coolridge. Staff and Dr. Maa are the best. Took my senior dog there for first time on emergency basis. Thought we may have to euthanize but after the caring and effective treatments there, my fur baby is back to his old bossy self. Will be using VCA Coolridge for all our needs in the future.”
“We just moved here in July and they were able to get our pup in to be seen for an initial checkup quickly and just did his neutering a few days ago. The staff is super nice and helpful, another guy missed his appointment the day before and they helped schedule him in during a time that worked for him later that week.
The neutering went well, pup hasn't indicated all that he's in pain or uncomfortable. They gave him plenty of anxiety medication to make sure that he doesn't get worked up cause he can be a little anxious. Doc came out and greeted him before they took him back and answered all of our questions.
Definitely recommend using them, they're really reasonably priced for the area and everyone is super kind!”

“I had a fantastic experience at Union Veterinary Clinic today, Monday, 10/7/2024. Over the weekend, my dog had a minor nail injury that wasn’t healing as expected. I called the clinic first thing in the morning, and despite it being a busy Monday, the email receptionist was incredibly empathetic and arranged to see us within an hour!
When we arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient. We were checked in quickly, and shortly after, Dr. Slotje came in to examine my dog. She was amazing—gentle, patient, and had an immediate connection with my dog. He’s never nervous with strangers, and he warmed up to her instantly. Dr. Slotje carefully explained the situation with his nail and swollen paw and recommended a treatment plan. She also suggested doing a full nail trim while we were there, which was much appreciated, especially since he's reluctant when it comes to nail trims.
Erin, the vet assistant, came in next and did a great job keeping my 95-pound boxer calm with treats and playful distractions. Then Carlos joined in to assist with the nail trimming, holding my dog with care while Dr. Slotje and Erin worked together. My dog may not enjoy nail trims at home, but the team handled everything with ease and professionalism.
I’ve been bringing my dogs to Union Vet for over 15 years, and their level of care and compassion is always top-notch. I’m so thankful they fit us in on such short notice today. Their exceptional service and dedication are what keep me coming back. Kudos to the entire team—you guys rock! ?

“I had a great experience during my visit with my pet. Dr. Tibbs was very knowledgeable and answered my thousands of questions. My cat was difficult during the visit, but Dr. Tibbs and Brandon were able to handle her. Brandon was very comforting to my cat because she was very afraid. Michelle who was at the front desk was very friendly and also answered all question asked. Overall, it was a great visit with a knowledgeable and friendly staff.”

After having visited another ER a day before.. my dog wasn't feeling any better. I called Lynn Animal Hospital in distress. They returned my call within 10 minutes and gave us an appointment.Its the first place that I've been too that's not concerned with the financial part ,they have your pets health and well being as the priority!! I must say from the Veterinarians to the techs to admin, we have received great service, personalization and excellent care/advisement each time we shown up or called. My puppy literally runs up the steps to go in. We use them for boarding, recommended shots, micro-chipping, nail grooming, and accidents.”

“Amazing! Dr. Diarra is a subject matter expert in the care of animals. He took my dog within the first 10 minutes of being there, assessed her, gave her a shot to relive her itching and explained everything step by step. He was clear on all the meds needed and I didn't mind paying the price as I received wonderful service for my dog Nala. Bring your dog here for personal service. They are wonderful here and I really appreciated their staff helping me get her cone on her head lol!”
