The manager over here at Walgreens at district heights it’s a racist.
We were in line waiting for our turn to take passport pictures and a black guy came just up front to her and she decided to attend this black guy since we were waiting for so long and I asked for the manager and she was the manager and came to me with big attitude to me that I need to keep waiting in line.
Took us from 10:00 am until 10:45 am today 04/28/25

The store is clean and they’re well stocked, but one of the pharmacists is consistently rude, impatient, and really unkind to customers with questions about prescriptions or vaccines both in store and on the phone. I always dread having to call with a question.

Came in last night after work to get some hallmark cards for some people and snacks. Got to the register and was greeted by Jayson. He was so nice and pleasant. Helped me update my Walgreens number which I never knew you could do! Every time I come in I say dang it’s still my old number but Jayson the ONLY ONE to take the time and initiative to help me out with this matter. It was also nice to receive such friendly service even though it was slow, especially coming 40mins from work. Me and my mom enjoyed his customer service and attentiveness. Thank you Jayson for being awesome!!!!!! I just had to give a review as the impact was great. Keep up the great work. We need the kindness for all in the world. Thank you thank you again.

Store is clean and quiet. Staff were nice and I was able to get my medication in less than 10 minutes. I have this same experience every time I go to this store.

I simply dropped off my camera to get the pictures of my father before he passed away developed. To the point, The guy with dreads in photo section took the camera, after 3 weeks, no call or email as promised; I came to Walgreens the lady got an attitude and said I never turned anything in.
When she did find my order, she said It was never delivered, third time I go there , another lady that claimed to be the manger for the photo section says I never picked it up… and they delete photos after three days… ? wild.
Calling corporate, or any other HQs building yielded no results as they magically couldn’t find my claim number after I filed a claim and visited the store multiple times.
Most everyone I talked to along the journey had a stick stuck…when all I wanted was the pictures of my deceased father and family; they wouldn’t even be so kind or hospitable as to replace the camera that they lost.
I Don’t recommend taking your pictures here or any business for that matter. The people before me were also complaining n having issues with the pictures they ordered but the lady had a stank attitude and wasn’t trying to help anybody unfortunately. Forestville Walgreens really need new management and some staff changes. Count ya days

It's the absolute worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. The store opened at 8:00 AM, but the manager did not pull up until 8:10. Once he arrived, we had to wait for him to get ready. I was sending off a FedEx package. He scanned the package and told me I should receive a text message. I called back later that day, but no one could confirm if the package had already been picked up. I never received the text message, and they could not check. I spoke to a manager who was very nasty and willing to help or provide additional information. I will never revisit this Walgreens.

Terrible customer service! The MOD on duty Jasmine was very unprofessional while I was returning an item. They asked for ID but could not tell me why I had to present my ID the customer before me had a return as well and she did not have to present an ID?

The Walgreens in Forestville is super GHETTO. How are you not open on time on Sunday at 10am? There are Walgreens that are open 24/7 in this country and you can’t even make 10am? Give me a break.

Tonight i decided that I've had enough! Everyone at the pharmacy! Starting with the manager down to the clerks! Absolutely repulsive! They make be ashamed to call this my neighborhood! I will have all my prescription sent to a pharmacy 45 min from my house because both walgreens ( Forestville and district heights) seem to foster and promote this herendous customer service! They don't care about us! We are just a dollar! Read the reviews, why is it the same year after year? If this wasn't a culture that walgreens promoted then why is it still happening? If this has been your experience let's take our money where it matters !
