I literally had four kids and myself waiting patiently to order while there was a manager and like 5 employees standing around. Ironically the supervisor was yelling at her employees about their customer service and time availability all while ignoring us. One of them finally noticed us and pointed us to the cash register across the side from us and told us to use the kiosk to order (which didn’t work). We waited and tried to get their eye contact before getting annoyed and walking out without another word being said or being noticed. Terrible terrible customer service and loss of 5 sales and I was wanting to order a cake for Fathers Day. Two thumbs down. What a disappointment for the kids.

Coffee is ok; still no gluten free foods. Another national chain that has a 0FG policy to those with allergies.

Man. I have had the worst experience with this place. Every time I order and get my order it's wrong. Need to listen what the customer is requesting.

If I could do negative stars, I would. This place is trash. The worst location that exists in the Dunkin franchise. They never have any food, their customer service is horrendous, when you do get your order its always wrong. Just avoid this place at all costs. Its better to go hungry than to deal with this place. Absolutely terrible.

On Thursday of this week I visited dunkin donuts/ baskin robbjns with my wife and ordered/purchased ice cream from inside store. Today I visited the same location to order more ice cream and after waiting for the ice cream orders of two non-colored women to be fufilled, the manager stated ice cream can only be ordered via drive-thru. so you have all of these flavors inside that some days change, with no listing of all ice cream choices at drive-thru? or is the expectation that we come inside to see what is available then get back pin car to use drive-thru? or maybe I should have stood outside of the location and begged non-colored folks to place order for me..Is this what I served 2p years in the Army to p tect?

Conveniently located with a gas station and Arby's. I ordered a coffee and a roast beef sandwich next door. Basically a condensed food court layout. Plenty of parking and the workers processed my order within a few minutes.

EVERY time I come to this Dunkin Donuts ( 4x per week ) the wait time in the Drive - Thru is ridiculous (15 minutes or longer ), they NEVER hand out napkins & NOW they can't even get two cups of coffee right.... FIX IT ASAP !

Everytime i order from here they mess it up. Doesn't matter how busy or nit busy they are its always messed up. The guy doesn't pay attention and always rings food up wrong and they have no organization or anything. Its chaos...

They never have food, and most times the coffee is poorly made whether its burnt or watery. Best to save your money. Only reason it gets a 2-star is because sometimes they give good service, but I wouldn't expect it. Most of it's problems likely aren't the employees' fault anyway.

Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Always unreliable. Workers are rude, inattentive, and always provide poor quality service. This Dunkin is rarely open, and never has 60% of the items on the menu. Garbage location, wish they would just shut this place down.

This place is convenient to anyone that works and have access to Fort Meade.But this Dunkin is so dirty, the floors are disgusting the counters are always dirty and it smells funky.

I ordered ice cream via the drive through and they didn’t have the quart tubs so the lady gave me pints instead, which I appreciate. And she said they ran out of the ice cream I ordered (cookies n creme) so she made another batch just for me ?. They could have come to the window and said they’re out and will give me a refund, but she didn’t do that. She figured out a way to get me that ice cream and I just want to say that I appreciate that young lady’s hard work and customer service. Note: I order via the drive-thru around 8pm or so (the time may be off... but I just remember it was dark outside... aka the night crew is dope!)
