Last night on my way home from work I blew a tire on 210 and had to hobble it down to the exxon on livingston in accokeek. I drive a volkswagon and everything seems to be harder to fix with these cars. Marc C. of autozone was pumping gas and saw me struggling and went out of his way to help me change my tire by directing and assisting with his tools for the tire. Most people in this day and age keep their head down and move on. Even the PG officer ignored me at exxon. We need more people like Marc in this world! Thanks again for all of your help that night and helping me get back home to my wife and little girl. You are a saint my man!

Best AutoZone in the Area! I went to get a battery check and Marc C. Assisted me he checked and said I needed a new battery as I expected. Purchased the recommended battery and Marc C. Was able to install it got me out of there within minutes! Appreciate it Marc!

AutoZone in Ft. Washington has always been my 1st choice when buying truck parts. Other than online the parts and tools are affordable and more important great quality.

Went to the Auto Zone store in Fort Washington Md to inquire about windshield wiper blades I'd purchased the day before. After talking with Diana, we went outside and she was able to install the other wiper blades. I really want to thank her for her professionalism and knowledge.

Highly recommend this Auto Zone in Ft Washington, MD for their helpful staff and exceptional customer service. Headlights & fog light bulbs were replaced by Yadert for me with such a positive, courteous attitude. Thank you!!! Happy Thanksgiving!

Rude! Last 2 times I went same new male employee just started talking to store employee I was speaking to at the register that he wanted to go out front to smoke... caused me to have to start over. He acted like I was invisible ... no "excuse me" or anything. I felt TOTALLY DISRESPECTED. I was taught AS A CHILD to excuse myself when 2 people are talking if I had to interrupt. I've spent a lot of money at this store, but it's not worth being disrespected. I'll be taking my money to Advance Auto around the corner from now on. THEY know how to treat a customer.
