I don’t understand what’s the point of having a drive thru if you are going to ask people to come in? And waste my time if you have a drive thru service and not let customers use it. The time before this, I had another issue, I called to get change and by the time I got to the bank I was told that change needed to be called in and that next time they would not help me, I let them know I had called and I was told that I didn’t.

Terrible service, always missing money from the clerks or ATM. Super slow workers, the ATM machine is always being faulty.

Open from 9am-12nn saturday with only one lane open and you can not go inside the bank to do transaction. Manager incompetent, said he cannot help with the line ??♀️ 30mins per transaction?!!

I don’t ever write reviews but I been banking with BBT for years now and I never really experienced any problems. Only reason I’m leaving a review is because the Teller Leslie makes my deposits really easy to accomplish and she actually noticed my birthday was coming up in a week and she decided to write Happy early birthday on my slip - little things like this go a long way. I appreciate you Leslie you have been very helpful and I hope you get a raise for this review. Thank you for that small detail I will continue to bank here for many years to come. Thank you!!

I've been banking with bb&t since 1995, great experiences in Montgomery county, especially the Silver Spring locations, and PG County locations. Last week for the first time I walked into this Fort Washington location and an Oriental clerk was giving a hard time to an old bb&t customer. I thought that will never happen to me, I was wrong, today I went back to the same bank and was treated even worst, I was there at 4:20 and the same teller told me they couldn't do money wiring after 4 p.m. Also the bank manager was very rude and acted as if she was doing me a favor, ver bad actitud and very arrogant, next time I walk into that bank again is to close my account of 24 years with bb&t.

The current branch manager does not assist the clients even when there is several clients waiting to be seen in the lobby area he rather play on his cellphone. If a client request to speak to him he will tell the staff to "take a message" unless it's a business client that will benefit him and his sales goals. This branch has went down hill since the previous manager Rodney left. It is important that clients waiting to be seen at a desk pays close attention and ensure that the branch manager is not in his office without a client and if so they should call customer service and file a complaint. Even his manager allowed him to become loud and belligerent with employees during meetings "walking in and out of his office" very loud and obnoxious while clients are present in the waiting area and in line for teller service

Their ATM is ALWAYSSSSS out of service. I live less than 5-10min away and have to drive out to the Oxon Hill to withdraw money. Smh do better .
