The customer service was terrible I was looking at something near the register and the employee was very rude (this is not the first time getting this treatment at this location) she said “are you ready to checkout or something?” As if I was bothering her. Very rude I will stick to online shopping.

I've visited this Carter's location pretty often the past few months and my overall experience has just been okay. The only reason I've continued to shop at this location was because of the outlet prices and an employee named Joycelyn. Joycelyn is amazing! She's super friendly, helpful, and has always gone the extra mile for me when I needed assistance. However, due to the treatment I have received from the other employees the past few times I have visited (no greetings, they act like I'm bothering them when I ask a question or need to purchase my items at the register, not wanting to add online items during checkout, etc.) I'm going to just stick with online shopping instead.

They overcharged me and once I called them back they refused to give me a refund, Be careful what you pay before you leave the store or you'll be screwed!!!

Lots of childrens clothes, shoes, coats, accessories, ect. Many discounts. The store is not organized very well, so you have to search to find the items you are looking for.Mostly decent quality.
